Dang, and I was about to write a story.
Yes ma’am
Dang, and I was about to write a story.
Yes ma’am
Not entirely sure about that though… Yeah I sold a lot of hard farmed rares before but I doubt those would get flagged as RMT.
@Veldt Not gonna happen brah, I’m still salty that I’m one of the unlucky few citizens who - got caught on CCTV jaywalking, sent to prison for life along with these damned drug dealers ruining economy - for a little bit of context’s sake. Will I ever get a pardon @STAFF_Letitia? Or I have to face reality as it really is in the real world - no evidence, no crime. Last I heard jaywalkers only get fined though, specially on a first offense. I just hope those damned drug dealers and murderers who always appeared on the news would be the ones who get sent to prison for life.
Meh but I guess it’s the end of my ToS and MMO career though.
On-topic though, let’s just hope they actually take value in suggestions mentioned here. In addition to pitched in ideas, my Steam Guard on mobile for 2FA would be a good option for user authentication and integration as well, alongside an API hopefully It would be nice if they would adopt community-driven statistics and content such as one of our previous attempts at it (old players will know and will most likely be familiar with this ‘should have’-been community site - the data’s outdated but still legit, tosneet’s used the drop data contribution too more or less. Market sites such as this site which reminds me of the only legit bot in iRO would be cool too, as well as online ‘armories’.
Don’t worry, I got you. I think you meant:
One thing I just thought and might be a good idea to fight bots would be requiring something like mobile authentication or something else to allow the account to participate New Player events and such (as long it doesn’t push actual players away).
Doesn’t block everything but and allow players to test the game, if they want the New Account goods they can just authenticate, as for bots it should reduce their efficiency by quite a lot.
LMAO you’re one to talk though, genuine hater right here folks.
I even got debts from the whales of Telsiai, even from those who already appeared multiple times on the news, it seems that you are classifying all addon developers as exploiters/hackers. I publicly state and dare the staff to post my shard gain per week in comparison to the average casual/whales/daily runners on Telsiai.
If your friends are 2 or more necro bots (auto hot key afk farmers ) like the ones caught at scene: [SA] Silute - Lourent and other Necrobots in solitary cells ( RG4M3S, RorschachGAMES ) and they decide help you via market transations like …
… buying your 1000% priced raid portal stones and giving that back to you via 1:1 trades or selling to everyone after constant warnings about your behavior like …
… is better to be carefull. Soon or later, IMC will punish you like should be.
Verify that sometime please …
It is a legit behaviour ?
@STAFF_Yuri @STAFF_Letitia please check sausys9 in klaipeda. There are multiple necro bots again in every channel
Staff must have forgotten their “TOS” so here it is again … read it carefully again …

One thing … " IMC Games reserves the right to " quote … they have the right but can’t act on it when needed … sad …
This is my method when I wanted to give a token to my friend during the earlier days. Talts were everywhere, even the market was saturated with them so it was easy to trade using those. Buy talt from the market, give them to friend, he sells talt and he gets to buy a token. Nowadays, talts are low supply in the market and silver is getting inflated. It was easier to transfer 2m in talts than 15m.
you get 3 dungeon runs per character and you can solo most dungeons…
talt for days and that’s without resets and/or multiply tokens…
Im not sure if this is still in topic to the whole RMT thing but Ill reply here anyway. After the removal of silver from dungeon after a certain level gap, the availability of cards that used to be grinded from dungeons, 100% completion rate requirement and the changes in the content of the cubes, I don’t think anybody would be sane enough to waste their time doing 3 dungeon runs just for some talts. The only time I would be in these lower dungeons would be when Im helping others clear them and with the optimistic hope that I get some mercury from the cubes to craft an alchemist stone.
It simply feels unrewarding to spend 10~20mins trying to get 100% on a map that gives you 6 cubes containing things that is sometimes worse than talt (equipment items, recipe, etc) when you are already grinding for the ‘consolation’ prize from a roll aka talt.
I used to do 170 dungeon full runs with a scout/Thaum when dungeons still gave silver regardless of level and trust me, even if it gave me 1.5m for 3 runs, it is tiring as hell that it caused me some burn out after a full week of only logging in one of either character and spending around 45 mins for 3 runs. Now if I have to do that again just for talts then what can I say? A simple No.
Talts are consolation prizes, not the reward. Im not going in a dungeon for consolation prizes and IMC should really consider the content of those boxes again.
PS. Please put mercury back as a mob drop
Not sure if this has been suggested or not, to much to read through. But why not implement a trading system between friends so they could support each other without having to trade on the market, of course it would have to be an application type process that would take 30 days or something to that extent. It would be easy to track those trades of items or silver and weed out Rmt vs friendly support.
Newly made accounts that apply for this and suddenly trade tons of silver would be a dead giveaway for RMT.
You could even have a tier type list for possible trade applicants, older accounts that have been active for a long time could be on the low possibility for RMT as long as they pair with another old/active account and if you try and pair with a newer account you go straight to the top of the list for review, I’m just guessing that no one would strait up risk their main account to rmt but if they tried to funnel it through other accounts somewhere the silver would have to show on a suspicious/new account and will lead right to their main.
Idk just throwing some stuff out there, any thoughts?
Sanction for player buying money from Gold seller in another mmorpg :
World of Warcraft : give warning before perma ban
Final fantasy 14 Online : give warning before perma ban
Aeria Games (same free2play model as IMC games) : Give 2 warnings before Perma Ban.
Tree of Savior : Perma Ban without any warning.
A little company with 2 k active players that insta ban without any warning a potential customer must have lost their “marketing” and “commercial” sense.
When a gold buyer is caught by the gm he rarely do it a second time and usually spend his money on the official cash shop instead of illegal GS shop.
Especially if the GM notice him that his history will be checked frequently.
I mean that is common “commercial” & “marketing” sense , a company never insta ban a possible customer without at least 1 warning to make him spend money on the official cash shop.
Each possible customer is precious , especially for a 2 k active players mmorpg.
Aeria games who is famous for being the worst Milking Money Company give even 2 warnings inciting player to spend money on their cash shop , before the perma ban.
Imc gives you a warning in game. Don’t you know that
Bout time a company stepped up to the plate and banned buyers immediately.
Just don’t sell or buy it, problem solve
Silver buyers are not customers. They are cancers.
Even if you RMT and then buy TP goods on top of it, you are stopping others/legitimate players from playing the game or engaging because they lack trust in the server economy.
Also you’re full of ■■■■, those other games banned without warning for buying, their transactions were just audited differently.
Sorry, but i have my sources , what about yours ?
Aeria Games Policy with Gold Buyer : https://twinsaga.aeriagames.com/news/176553/announcement-regarding-gold-buying
Final Fantasy 14 (Square Enix RMT Policy) Gold Seller take a perma Ban while Gold buyer take Temporary Ban :
World of warcraft sending a warning to a Gold Buyer (they took off all of his money bought from GS as punishment.)
I’m not saying buying or selling Gold is good.
I’m just reacting as a ‘Marketing Student’ at Imc New Policy with Gold buyer , wich is good for the ego of legit players but totally absurd for a company that want to make profits with their game.
There is a reason why so many mmorpg give at least one warning instead of perma Ban to gold buyer. i’m just trying to knock them some ‘beginner’ marketing sense.
Remember when ‘at the launch’ IMC penalized legit player and make them wait 24 hours to get an item they bought from the AH …
people at start was thinking it was a ‘joke’ and that these AH restrictions wouldn’t last …well … they were so wrong. That move was Anti commercial and totally unprofessional. So many players were shoked. Can you imagine final fantasy 14 doing that ?
this guy use macro, and bots for farm and buy items on him main account !
It’s Tree of Savior, not Final Fantasy. In the different game doesn’t have to be the same policy, right?
