Please Read Before installing the following add-ons

All Add-on should be considered not answered till Staff gives a better ruling. You may still get banned but that is a .01%. Once again that will depend on IMC when they give a stance if it is allowed or
As of right now Add-ons are in a grey area!!!

Changing Voice Acting to JP By @mapoflove

This is a guide on how to change the voice acting(Skill Grunts)

You are going to need two things:
Notepad++
How to navigate in your computer :stuck_out_tongue:

You will go to the tree of savior folder > release folder and look for an XML file called user. Once you find it, you will have to open it. Now look under sound and you will find the Language="" code. There you will add “Japanese” and it should look something like this Language=“Japanese” and then click save. There you should now have jp voice acting sound.

Exp Viewer should be changed to Lua Mods since it’s a package now contain 4-5 mods in it.
I hope IMC will consider about steam work shop for add on.

Are all of this safe to use, i know exp viewer, fog has been vetted by the IMC staff, but what about better quest?

As long as they run a tight ship and actually release documentation on exposed client hooks.

Otherwise they’ll have a mess on their hands.

Hard to say safe for betterquest as it’s not an add-on but a direct modification of a game file :confused:

I wish we could get a IMC validation for this, i mean im not using it currently but the screenshots i saw show a very helpful addon. I dont know how many times i probably have missed sub quest because level requirements while i was questing on that zone, since the main quest was fine.[quote=“tsigetartseht, post:8, topic:210709”]

betterquest is just a file you drop into the patch folder, your not modifying anything.

It doesn’t overwrite anything? :open_mouth:
Cause from what I’ve read from the reddit thread, the odd character embedded with the name of the file that you are going to drop into the patch folder is there so it will keep the patcher from modifying/removing it iirc.

I noticed half the top 10 players are banned… it could be many of them used this addon… i tried it and didnt like it so i uninstalled it

Its not like they could have been botting into the top 10.

Oh there’s this. Need to fix the TOP 10 Adventure Index (Orsha), @Staff_Julie. Did they really got banned or is a bug?

Why do you think they’ve been banned? I thought it is just some weird bug. I remember once it was full clear page, but then the same persons get back.
