Swell Right only goes to level 10, Left goes to 15.
You also have +150 matk on each skill for the attribute Swell Right/Left Arm: Enhance
ToS only consider rounded values, generaly rounded down (at least always for under 0,5).
I went through a little trouble to make all this math, yes it may be incorrect in some point but please don’t come saying it’s wrong out of nowhere not even considering attributes and the skill real max level.

yes they are more of a support/dps with pyro linker thaum now lol. But if you’re going for a pure dps I suggest skipping thaum2, 800 damage for 2 circles is pretty meh, now that gems and head costume gives a lot too, the purple staff at +10 stage 3 trans already gives 1.4k matk. and staff doesn’t benefit from thaum
Don’t have room for Pyro to make use of Agni?
I was actually thinking of using Agni on Wizards without Pyro and just using Lv1 flame ground scrolls, just because… Well… Why the hell not?

Scaling Swell Brain with Int and its MATK will lessen the pain.
Thauma2 gives so much survivability with Swell Right Hand, it’s almost wrong to skip.
My little Thauma3 is a bit more happy with the buff, now we are only missing expanding the weapons Swell Right Arm can successfully buff
