[ Wizard Changelog ] Wizard changes from kTOS and iTOS

These patches gonna come next week! Hyped for Pyro!

  1. Do you have an exact date planned for the kTOS patch?

We’ve been receiving many questions from players about when the kTOS patch will finally be applied to iTOS. We’re happy to announce that the kTOS patch is coming to Steam on our next scheduled maintenance, which is taking place on July 26th, 2016.

Linkers now share the all damage to the mobs… this is a Buff, bug or fix?

is it true rune caster casting time is only 6sec now?

Yep.

If you go for the damage Runes (Destruction and Justice) you still need Wiz3 otherweise your DPS is crap.

I’m sorry I haven’t been updating these threads lately. I’ll do it after the new kTOS patch this Thursday

Nerf to Cyromancer subzero shield

YEY !!

Again ? Didnt it got nerf already only to physical damage

Now top 10 pvp mostly are Cannoner, Wugushi, and Sorcerer/Necro

Especially Sorcerer+necro, this is a very strong build in pvp

Those summon boss, skeleton and bat army hit like 1k each attack, you can’t aim either since so many of 'em

I can’t see any Pyro or Psychokino anymore

Lol

got picture of the ranking?

Is this for ktos or itos?

I don’t think Pyro was expected to be in the top ranks anyway. And if you’re just looking through the rankings, Kino is a middle class and you won’t see it unless you really check/saw the player. Most Kinos would end with Necro / Warlock / Chrono / Cryo.

In Telsiai, the top ranking wizards usually have at least Wiz3 > Kino2 in their ranks. (Wiz3 > Kino2 > Necro2) or (Wiz3 > Kino3 > Warlock)

my bad, what i meant was Cyro not Pyro (I play Indo server)

Wiz Kino warlock/necro still good, but Cyro/Chrono/Kino build not doing so well unlike before update.

Also bokor effigy quite strong for 2vs2

Have a question. Necro3 is nerfed or not? Do they can still summon more than 10 skellys? (5 melee 5 archers)

Micro Dimension was nerfed:

If there are other ways Necromancers can summon Skeletons over the summon limit besides that, then I have no clue whether those were changed or not

Maybe @greyhiem knows something about it, or check the Neccro thread

I have seen some necro posts, still need to read them.

I was asking about new corpse tower attribute, which allow to summon skellys. Question is if necro can summon more than total 10 skellys using corpse tower.

Oct. 27 - ktos

Erm sry to bother @tampon

Idk how math works so can u explain to me pls ?

How much if max level of swell left/right gives for the dmg and phy/mdef?

@Jaddin

I’m doing a Pyro 2 > Linker 2 > Thauma 2 > Sage or Enchanter to test out Agni necklace and farm stuff with JP+swell, so I went through the math of the new Thaumaturge buffs and apparently they got pretty great:

800~1000 INT

0,15*800~1000 = 120~150 p/matk

0,13*800~1000 = 104~130 p/matk

0,28*145 = 40 matk, so Thauma 3 gives +185 fixed p/matk

Swell Left Arm

Level - flat matk - total value

5 - 84 - 84 + 150 + 120~150 = 354~384
10 - 146 - 146 + 150 + 120~150 = 416~446
15 - 208 - 208 + 150 + 120~150 = 478~518

Swell Right Arm

Level - flat matk - total value

5 - 98 - 98 + 150 + 104~130 = 352~378
10 - 171 - 171 + 150 + 104~130 = 425~451

Level - flat def - total value

5 - 84 - 84 + 150 + 104~130 = 338~364
10 - 146 - 146 + 150 + 104~130 = 400~426

Thauma C - All buffs 800 INT - All buffs 1000 INT
1 - 354 - 384
2 - 768 - 824
3 - 903 (1088 total matk with Brain, 943 patk) - 969 (1154 total matk or 1002 patk)

C3 not worth it, Pyro 2 Linker 2 Thauma 2 looks strong, those multipliers in these huge new numbers will grant a lot of damage and utility.
