PVE content is limited to making new characters and farming mats for weapons that aren’t even implemented yet.
The only thing that kept this game going and the small population it had left was Team Battle League. Good luck trying to stop people from quitting when you keep “releasing” new bugs after a simple routine maintenance that didn’t even include new content.
Team Battle League (TBL) is completely broken right now. Let’s forget the fact that people can’t even connect half the time or crash half the time. Put yourselves in these matches:
Guildmates gets put on opposite team and can see the other person that’s in stealth; there goes an entire class tree.
Get 3 matches in a row going against a team that has Ausrine and Revenge 7 Fold while your team has a monk/priest, couple of archers, and couple of swordsman.
Did I mention that it takes about 10 minutes to get put into a match because everyone is so sick of the imbalance in TBL? Spend 30 minutes waiting to get put into matches when TBL only lasts for an hour.
Missile Hole makes the entire party immune to missile attacks for 25 hits or so. Ok, so the Archer tree is useless in TBL when the opposing team has a Sage.
Some of you are going to say that Plague Doctor 2 can remove buffs. Try it. Tell me how that works out for you.
Two TBLs in a row (2 different hours) and 6 Queues in a row = Someone has rejected -. I’m sure it’s not actually someone rejecting but some kind of stupid bug. I can’t even see the join button.
There’s a reason why Kabbalists, and Diev3s are consistently in the top 10. Those Inquisitor symbols you see have a combination of kabbalist or diev3. (Revenge 7 Fold and Ausrine respectively)
Don’t worry, you’re not the only one getting fooled by Chaps. Once class reset comes I will throw that sh1t out. Chaplains only work if you have inquisitor to cut down the MDEF.
Chap-Inquis is fine and can do high level content.
In fact, any cleric build with inquis at the end of it can do high level content. This game is very gear-based. Once you have a lvl 3 Trans 315 weapon, you are pretty much ready to go.
Want to know why it was put in the game? Because a freaking million people asked for PVP in iCBT1-2 stages. Almost every other topic on this board was somebody asking for PVP in some way.
There’s tons more if you want to search them. You can find me in them being against it because I knew this game is absolutely not in any way made for PVP at all even though I like it. Having come directly from Archeage into this game and you wouldn’t believe the amount of people who wanted open world PVP too which would be a nightmare. The solution is to just ignore it completely and pretend it doesn’t exist.
