Just wondering if the upcoming CBT2 will be using the same client as the first one from steam or will we have to download a whole new client for the CBT2?
Reason why I am asking about it is because I got a new computer and I don’t have the first CBT ToS downloaded. So if CBT2 is going to use the same client as the first one, then I can just go ahead and download early and just wait for the update patch to start playing when they release it

It should be using the same client as iCBT1, and would just require patching.
iCBT2 should be based off of the some version of the current kCBT3 client (how up to date, we don’t know), which is still being used. I think in general, it’s safe to assume the client shouldn’t change.

How did you download the first CBT client? Through Steam? Can anyone download it now just in case you get a key?

I’m sure its only through steam and yes you need a key. I have a key from the first CBT, so that’s why I am able to redownload it.
