Tokens -> Immediate Attributes? You mean Pay2Win?

PAY2WIN is like offering a lolopanther set for TP or even like a god tier item that are untradeable therefore only people who pay real cash for TP will get them. It could even be like something to refine your weapon with a scroll (untradeable) therefore immediately translating real life cash to in-game currency because we all know refining gears cost silver. My only gripe in token system is that the tax reduce which makes it such an advantage to those who can get it instantly, but then again we all know token can be traded therefore it can’t be Pay2Win because we can get it. Don’t even start an argument like, “Oh, but we can get an instant silver by selling tokens that we get by paying for TP”. That’s fine and all but remember we(non-premium and premium users) have access to silver. Stop trying to be a smart-ass.

This is ok.
Most of the things that takes time to learn them can go up to level 5, and no longer then 30 minutes. this system saves you MAYBE a week of gameplay, and it is not even a gameplay, since you do it whenever you want. log in, learn, log out. you don’t have to actauly play.

Please show me where I said the only source of silver is irl cash.

“I don’t want to believe, I want to know.”

It’s called the market place! It’s this magical place where your irl cash can turn magically into in-game currency through a process known as “selling”. You buy a token, you sell it to plebs! Plebs happily give you, the irl-cash-spender, their hard-earned in-game money for the token you did nothing in-game for! Craziness! :0!!

Oh! And since you are a token user, you have the luxury of 1. earning more from your sales and 2. listing more tokens at once, meaning you rake in the dough that much more quickly! Totes fair.

Let me spell it for you then.

Silvers can be attained by anyone in-game. Learning attributes is gated by silvers. Everyone can have silvers > everyone can learn attributes.

Therefore, not pay2win.

Everyone don’t have access to silvers at the same rate, not at all actually.

Buying in-game currency with irl currency = p2w. Just because everyone CAN access it doesn’t automatically prevent it from being p2w. If you could buy levels, I’d say it’s p2w, too. Can anyone level without it? Sure. But the ability to purchase it and obtain it instantly = p2w.

That is my point. Thank you for agreeing with me.

Except all the important skills (Dmg boosting) dont have a timer.
This new feature has negligible effect on what token buyers are already able to do just by selling tokens.

This is why you guys obviously don’t know what P2W means. You’re just looking at the convenience paying players get compared to free players then unreasonably declare it as P2W.

What P2W means you paid to actually win which is not necessary in this game.

This is by far the most stupid statement I ever read. Everyone can access yet P2W. Genius. If only forums allow forum signatures, I would use this as one.

If you’re gonna post something like this, at least suggest an alternative.

I’m a token user. And yes, I bought it with real money. I bought one not mainly because of its benefits, but because I want to support the game I love.

Not to be rude or anything, but I view the free users who complain as parasites. You’re playing because we’re paying.

I think you need to read more of my posts…I already acknowledged this and said it’s already an issue and that the attribute thing only exacerbates the existing problem.

Hooooly ■■■■ I didn’t think this post would have as much of a vehement response.

I still feel it’s p2w for the things that @Hilsun argued. Tokens create a silver disparity and only come into existence from people that pay money. They give a ton of benefits such as reduced market tax and increased market slots. I’m supposing rather than p2w perhaps pay4currency disparity?

I was ranting at a game about a feature I didn’t like on a suggestions forum. It’s not like I demanded they change it or else.

Meanwhile I’ve got like a dozen folks insulting my intelligence and saying I shouldn’t exist for, what, whining about a feature I didn’t fully understand?

The days of a bully being the one pushing you into a locker is over. These days the bullies look like you guys: one slip into the pool and they gang up on ya like piranha.

How couldn’t i, by Dream’s logic, someone who earns 100$ a month could obtain a 1m$ house at the same rate that someone who earns 100k a month, wich is of course asinine.

Dream just fail to realize this disparity becausre it’s indeed well hidden and one requires an hollistic point of wiev to grasp the bigger picture.

WHAT? you just contradicted what you were bitching about earlier. Ugh, it’s hard to deal with close minded peasants.

as for my last statement, it’s not P2W. Just cause others have more to spend doesnt mean you should drag them down with you.

byeee :*

To be fair, if tokens are 2mil each (which theyll soon be), and I (rich spoiled brat) have 10000$ to spare, thats 500 tokens = 1 billiion silver.
I can max all attributes immediately.

Tokens inherently = unlimited silver for whale. Guess thats where the p2w complaints are coming from. The argument i think has long moved away from immediate attribute learning but rather silver advantage.

^ This exactly. The instant-attribute issue is only highlighting a pre-existing problem of paying real cash for in-game currency by increasing the “convenience” of improving your characters.

Couldn’t agree more.

You just pointed out one of the core reasons why people say this game has some P2W elements.

Not to mention that enchantements for hair accessories play the same role as an unlimited silver income for whales.

Without whales, free users can’t get tokens. Just be thankful that you can get one without spending real money.
