The reason why game is broken after Lvl 75

I agree. It really is an annoying design flaw that needs to be fixed ASAP. Why are people being penalized for not using their exp cards at a certain point, and have to spend more time than usually needed to earn 1 level in an unpopulated map where too many people already are, due to the lack of channels? I really do hope this gets fixed by the time OBT is released, or I’m afraid this game won’t really do so well.

I disagree, looking for information about an online game on the internet is pretty standard.

You don’t have to be NEET to grind.

Standard, sure. but not a perquisite to playing.

Wait until you reach level 100~105.
Edit:. Beside you have a point, that exp card is giving way too low exp compared to the other exp cards.
I believe he level 6 and 7 ones also have the same issue, but need to check.

I’m a 104 barbarian atm with over 50 exp cards saved for later use. 85 curve is far worse

Edit:. I am looking on the wiki, Exp Card level 5 is really messed up.
Card Lv 4: Adds +22860 Character EXP and +17602 Class
Card Lv 5: Adds +24571 Character EXP and +18919 Class
Card Lv 6: Adds +60312 Character EXP and +46440 Class

Based on Card Level 4 and 6, the exp card level 5 should give around 40k base exp and 31,5k class exp.

That only works for the more experienced player. But a large amount of players are casual.

OP is expressing concern of casual players leaving the game in case you don’t understand what he tried to imply. This is a serious issue as the game is in a dire state when there is not much casual players after few weeks of launch.

I would say 90% of the players won’t even check further than the build guide. If you expect these 90% players to leave after hitting the wall because it’s too boring to continue, this game is DEAD.

The way the server look’s emptier based on when the beta begun, I guess few is not the correct word.

complains about 85-100 grind , hasn´t seen the horror of 150+ to 170.
i didn´t save any xp8 cards contrary to what people told me , im barely 172 now and i need to kill around 5 to 6k mobs in not so dense areas.

and that´s okay , because if i´d just cruise through map from quest to quest i couldn´t upgrade attributes , gems , gear or afford recipes boss-mats.

Wrong game for you bud, no biggie there are plenty of others that may entertain you.

Well, Please calm down, lvl 75 grind? No! not yet (future still got far more to let you grind)… my current lvl is 138. actually I really like this game. Before you complaining anything. Do you and your friends go explore more maps? You should enjoy more and form a party go wondering this game around. ( There @re many secret place and hidden mission)

I think that he isn’t complaining about the grind, but the fact that most casual players will leave the game when they reach the wall.

What he is trying to imply is that ToS should design the parameters better such that the casual players will be able to stick through.

Tbh, it’s funny that most of the people is just thinking that OP is complaining about the grind without understanding what he tried to imply.

hmm, you might right. May be he not complaining. I just do those quests until reach lvl 124 until get those lvl 6 EXP card and higher (actually I really forget those lvl 5 or below, Just consume only). That lvl really need to grind. So, Im not quite sure why he said need to grind when reach lvl75, he should explore more and do some research. :sunglasses:

there was no grind from lv1-130 besides dungeons runs which gave me awesome loot lol. TBH the people crying are the people unwilling to put a little more effort to find out how to level.

Just Relax. Tell your friends, slow down and dont push too hard to just push lvl. Sometimes, players should slow down your cars, and look this game environment, design, and those stories. It pretty nice to have some knowledge why this game been created. Dont just boost your car speed to max then after eccident already, only said where and I now? Explore more and enjoy games!

Plenty of people stuck around in official RO servers and the grind was a lot worse.

But RO won’t give that boring feeling when you are stucked (at least when I’m still playing it). There are much more maps to farm for item, explore, boss hunting etc.

You can even try to grind in a different map when you got stucked even if it end up not working. It’s just take you so much longer time before you decided that it’s too boring and give up.

Also, you can always have a new experience by playing another job (which don’t require you to go through the same map usually).

Fortunately, this is still an iCBT and there are much that can be improved on.

Always remember that RO has 13 years of patching and updates on it.

I think is mostly they quit this game is personal problems, I think. I only joined this game, start on CBT 2. until now, I still fine with it, hitted wall, Discuss at forum. Then bug report to ToS team, but I dint quit!..hmm, because he got mention those friends invited just quit when reach lvl 75 (its it too fast to give up? Feel like his friend still kiddo, Maybe?). Just quit when reached 75! Just quit! Without find any solution or chit chat other players around that maps or shout using items.

They should try these benefit been free by ToS CBT 2. Before do anything final decision. Maybe his friends are hot minded players? who know. lolz :smirk:
