They might need a community manager get involved more with community, however as they are not yet making money from this game, I dont think they need to at this stage. Once they open some kind of in game shop, they will need that person as costumer relations.
Regarding that specific post, person making thread did not give any screenshot what so ever and finding out of what he is saying is true or on would be kind of I would not say impossible, but scrolling down thousands of pages of logs to find that specific chat would to say least take immense amount of time, not worth it imo.
More then half of topic made on forum are just purely structured and have very little merit or make any sense, a lot of the stuff is just common sense. How I would do that? I would make a screenshot and email it with description to there email, if there is not a report button in the game.
As a professional game developers there team has, programmers, animators, artists, people that do completely different things, so why not make artists work on emotes since they cannot work on bug fixing without programming knowledge.
