I don’t know what is worst, wait doing nothing to not get mad about it or trying do the DG and missions to not “lose” them. Well we gonna lose them because the DC anyway, but at least we could try.
Imagine that your PAID internet connection suddenly stops working or starts working erratically.
Then, you call your internet provider and ask them to resolve the problem. They “apologize for the inconveniences” and tell you that they will call you as soon as the problem is fixed, because “they are already aware” of the problem.
Then, a WEEK pass without a single word from them, and you continue to have a problematic internet link or you can’t use internet.
What you will do? Give them a break? Stay silent?
This game is not in beta or open beta anymore. This is the COMMERCIAL RELEASE. IMC Games sell things. People buy things from them.
We are customers. Not free users. Not beta testers.

When I get delay in game before dc I cannot open forum too.

Lol. Well that’s why I never pay any of my games. Even if I did have tp, I wouldn’t buy anything until the duration days are SAFE.
Oh and they couldn’t solve all of the bugs/problems in CBT cause there weren’t that many players unlike NOW. plus it’s only been like what, a month and a half? Since the game released to everyone.

True, but allow me to remember they closed the server and did it saying that this measure was taken having in mind to fix problems in order to reopen the servers. Its reasonable to assume they reopened the server cause they fixed stuffs and felt servers could handle. They noticed servers are not working after the reopening? Ok! Noone here is saying “IMC is not capable of fixing problems” we are saying IMC IS NOT CARING FOR PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM ALL THESE PROBLEMS.
*Not a single word about compensation.
*Not a single server restart.
*Not a single emergency maintenance.
*Not a single word after 5 days.

But they could at least say that.
And judging by my experience, the “fix” will make something worse, cause thats how maintenances have been. Ofc, more loading screens, costumes and hats 2.

What compensation will the Silute players hv for 7days without being able to run dungeons, mercenaries, grinding (i lvl up in Storage, where i lose money and gems everytime i die) and stuffs like that?
We need a fix? Sure! But we need a compensation for still being around giving a try for this badly managed server/game.

i play everyday at silute and i havent gotten a single Dc yet 
but i have got incompleted runs to other people getting dced massively
