We are now taking requests for team transfers to the upcoming SA server. The ticket process and transfer procedure are the same as those done for EU and SEA servers. However, please note that unlike the first two regional servers, only the players on Klaipeda or Orsha may request transfers to the SA server.
The deadline for submitting transfer requests to the SA server is May 1st, 23:59 EDT.
Prior to requesting team transfers, please make sure you have fully read and understood the terms and conditions regarding this service here: Server Transfer Details and Conditions
If your team is fully prepared for the transfer, please follow these steps to send in your request:
(1) Go to the support page on our official website.
(2) Log into your Facebook or Google account.
(3) Verify your Steam account by clicking on the top right corner. You will then see the [Submit Ticket] option on the lower right corner of the support page.
(4) After you click on [Submit Ticket], use the drop-down menu to select [Server Transfer] as your ticket type.
(5) You will be prompted to check that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of server transfer. Proceed to fill out the necessary details to submit your request.
CAUTION: You may still play the game during the request period, but we advise you not to push your luck by continuing to use the market and other features that affect your eligibility to transfer. Please stop using the market 2 to 3 days before the transfer date or your items may get lost during the transfer.
We’ve been getting a number of inquiries regarding issues during the ticketing process. Please make sure you’ve double-checked the eligibility requirements and deadline date for transfer requests.
We are not responsible for players’ neglection to follow and heed the conditions and warnings stated on our announcements.
