this is the real problem, when you tell PEOPLE something you can do with, they complain and say âyou canâtâ or âitâs not possibleâ. you can check Veritas Thread on 145D and see my 176 Scout gears to see it yourself how a 176 Scout clears 145D in 20mins.
Btw it was Khasti bow +5, and lv60 attribute. (in which silvers SPENT came from quests and loots from level 1 - 176) so literally a âzero expenseâ toon that farms 930k (less repair and potions) everyday in an hour.
i do agree onto this. but saying your making a toon just to farm silvers and spent so much? heu.
I must be crazy trying to make a SR 3 to farm hmmâŚ
you are indeed ,
kidding aside, i am not against spending into a char because youâd want to play it other than farming. what i really donât get is people spending for toons just to farm. i mean, i gonna farm, but iâll spend. just WHAT???
(btw this only applies in rushing 145D), by farming in any terms is not included.
Well itâs just cost price , yield and efficiency.
They dun understand the minimal âcostâ spend in to get out the maximum profits. lelâŚ
For my SR 3 itâs more for future investment so⌠@_@ (SR 3 is pretty future proof by itself as a high tier aoe class now at r8 , at worse relegating to scout 2.0)
Back to the topic point. Red/Yellow depends on your setup. Just go yellow if you are 100% crit. Else Red is generally the go to and definitely worth it then investing str.
they should also have the idea of what weapon they are using. 2Hsword and 2Hbow both have large min-max. i remembered it happened to me when i test damage. (before headhear enchant update)
first attempt:
Skill used: Cleave
Headgears: crit atk + 62
Cleave damage : 6.4K
second attempt:
Skill used: Cleave
removed headgear which is C.atk +62
Cleave damage: 6.5k
result: first attempt results into min atk that yields low output, while second attempt yield Max attack that deals more damage even with the lost of +62 c.atk.
maybe this should enlighten you what gems to choose, as seen from other screenshots. 1.2k min atk ~ 2.2k Max atk is pretty much RNG damage. results are could be undeniably LOW or could be overwhelmingly HIGH.
but it wont be lower than before using gem, which is still nice~
let me reiterate it with the current setup.
take account for Magi 2HS
min~max atk 235 ~ 436 (201 damage difference)
min damage to deal was 235
now account it with 2 level5 gems (180 *2 = 360)
your new min~max atk is 235 ~ 796 (561 damage difference)
your min damage to deal will still be 235
You canât say âi will keep hitting MAX ATK rangeâ because that is more unlikely to happen, the same goes with hitting MIN ATK range. basically it is still RNG.
are you willing to sacrifice your long cooldown skill just to deal MIN RANGE damage like your red gem doesnât exist? or try your luck and pray it will deal the MAX RANGE of the damage youâd deal?
the choice is still yours. not siding with either red or yellow. but the fact that Red Gem is RnG should be reminded.
Imagine having Five hammer with 5 level10 red gems. so much of curse even with 5 red gems you hit the min damage (55DAMAGE!) when you attack. itâs like your 5pcs lvl10 red gems doesnât exist. (ofcourse it is less likely to happen, but if it does. you might feel devastated lol)
basically should i summarise in a nut shell.
Red = Additional RNG damage. Which does not relies on condition.
Yellow = Conditional damage. Applies only on crit.
Green = still good for those who needs gurantee crit cap.
Mix and match tada.
Blue is for stable damage more towards mages/cleric who needs to hit a certain damage range. then onwards you can consider reds. To break mdef threshold.
main hand gems in nut shell. off hand Reds are extremely good though.
too bad mergen and musket canât use offhandâŚ
Sadly thats the case, but musket range is quite small using 1/2/3 red gems + green or all yellow is fine in this case ( assuming you can full crit). Itâs pretty much jigsaw puzzle now lol.
More options for players.
i spent 10-15m silver on my scout and made more than 50m
i say its worth it, considering that I PERSONALLY did not want to farm 145 dungeon at lvl 176 with low attributes.
now when i have fun soloing 145 on my scout taking 15 minutes and sometimes less i only make money.
On some farming classes like a warlock you are going to HAVE to spend silver before you farm (a dp2f warlock farmer must have 1800 magic attack)
so in some classes its almost mandatory.
Split arrow damage
Due to new ways to easily get silver, everyone is stronger.
(warning: not for iToS)
I saw 91k damage⌠O_o
I didnât know you could open the last door that way, seems like the time used to do a full run compared to this path wasnât worth it for this korean guy
other than 290 dungeon what are the new ways? i would like to know too
and btw assuming thatâs you, how are you so strong
^how will 290 make us richer? if you may XD
Itâs like 120k per boss kill iirc. The full run gives a ton more
dam i might try it when my dragoon gets to 290
is it more than 145?
lesser. solo 290 gives at most 200k
The only good thing is it drops Art ore at the moment and paper cube which is not implemented yet
