what weird is, the more i sacrifice triple arrow lv to downfall and sprinkle, the higher their total SFR become

iirc, they change homing arrow 2OH to 3OH, never change triple arrow OH

well they just messed that up ithink, since even in tos.guru ktest skills , homing 3oh and triple still 2 oh.
yep, the first patch in ktest supposed to increase triple arrow instead of homing. tho when it was changed the next day homing arrow increases oh

After finishing leveling up my first 4 chars to 420, I’m resuming leveling up my Mergen (around 395 atm) and I decided to check dun 330 for a small xp boost. Well I didn’t recall I could wipe a complete room with a single casting of Homing Arrow…

Btw how do you acknowledge for number of mobs hit per skill in your calculation? Clearly if you hit 10 mobs with Arrow Sprinkle your DPS will be much higher than hitting a single enemy with Downfall no? Or is “number of hits” divided among mobs?

The computation is with the mergen buffs or not? Because with Triple being buffed with max “spread ratio” bonus (20 aoe attack ratio) will hit 18 times per single target per OH (3 x 6, 6 being the highest bonus possible post mergen buffs)

So wont it be the max SFR of Triple Arrow x 18 hits x 2 OH?

What we can also do is to lay out all skills, on all max levels, to gauge their dps over 400s and tweak skill alloc from there. Because if on max levels and say Downfall < new Spreadshot, then I will take the latter instead.

More dps, + an aoe skill to boot

That’s strange, since you get a higher Total SFR from Triple Arrow.

The only explanation I can think of is that Arrow Sprinkle and Downfall have a much higher scallling within lower levels than Triple Arrow. But in the max levels they scale much less.

Don’t know, just trying to find an explanation.

There is probably an inflection point in skill allocation there where leveling another skill will yield more total sfr than leveling up an already high skill.

We’re seeing that in these calculation, although I haven’t double checked the math it seems correct.

It does seem odd though. Makes me think it might be worth (although weird) to not max triple arrow.

Seems triple arrow is the most expendable skill to sacrifice compared to other like zenith, spreadshot, and homing

Highly possible, since if stacking aar will compensate for the lower SFR, then might be a good trade off?

you guys could help me check that excel see if there is error in the formula. Because by experience, triple arrow is not supposed to be an expendable skill, but the number says the otherwise

circling is self buff +5AAR? may as well forget this skill

well there goes our AAR problem, can ditch centau card for dmg% card., will the +3aar attri in circling still be available then so its +8aar.??

and pheasant for pre-emptive is a huge thing

still only 25% of original dmg, and randomized between pheasant or sonic auto cast

yup, AAR+3 attribute still there, but it absorb 60SP/5 sec, 720SP/minute
