thanksā¦ still same problemā¦ i gave up for today. 
My game is updating now.
What I did:
- I updated steam client
- Waited for steam to install the update
- Login to steam after the steam update
- Game verified on its own
- Game patched itself on steam
I take it back. It patched on steam but I still get the Failed to download list file error.
haha ā¦ i already do that several times and still cant work ā¦
make sure you didnt see any failure messages, im trying for 3 times before āall files successā¦ā

Reinstalled the game and works nowā¦ =X
i already did , all files success and still same , i start the game and they will update and they tell to relunch the game and still didnt working ā¦ haha
By reinstall, do you mean to redownload the whole thing?

I excluded local files on Steam and deleted the Tree of Savior folder before install again (redownloaded everything again).
I finished updating and now Iām stuck with ToS launcher at 0%
If you delete it, then it means you redownloaded the whole thing?
On a side note, can you give us the exact steps that you did?
I excluded local files on Steam and deleted the Tree of Savior folder (in my case āF:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\TreeOfSaviorā then downloaded everything again. Once the download finished, I started the Launcher, updated and the game opened normally.
I use Norton Security. It had BLOCKED the .exe file from running for some reason. I simply had to change it from blocked to allowed 
aah exactly , thanks i will try again ā¦ i forgot to delete the TOS file beforeā¦
Still nope, even after uninstallingā¦
