Also tried all possible solutions and didnā€™t work, Iā€™m downloading ToS again now.

tried all of above, not working. In my patch folder, there are only one tos.exe, and when clicked it said that this file is not a valid win32 application.

Hello guys, it works now.

I just did the following step, hopefully it works:

  1. Go to Game Library, Right Click Tree of Savior and click Properties.

  2. Click ā€œLocal Fileā€ tab, then click ā€œVerify integrity of Game Cacheā€ at the most bottom.

  3. After verification finishes, it should reinstall any missing files and install the patch again.

I didnā€™t disable the anti-virus and I am using Norton Anti-Virus. I personally donā€™t like to disable firewall for a game. I hope this help. Happy gaming.

What did you guys do to break your own gameā€¦? Canā€™t even patchā€¦

What Iā€™ve tried:

  • Game Verify Caches (Several Times)
  • Restarted Computer
  • Waited for 2 hours.
  • Restarted Steam

All of these several times.

NONE OF THE ā€œSOLUTIONSā€ are WORKING.

now how to fix it? all iā€™ve tried ā€¦ re instal , verify game chance , but nothing work still same ā€¦ everytime i verify game change and update again they tell relaunchthe client but it cant (failed to start game unknown error) , my tos client same as orlana ā€¦ it will fix if i verify game change again but same as before ā€¦

all have i done , turn off antivirus ,verify game chance , re instal ā€¦

i dont think they will fix anything today. so much for the founder packā€¦
i believe for us who are affected by this error is only minor group as of now. they wont fix it asap. just have to waitā€¦ probably will compensate us with tombs. im gonna sleep hope it is fixed tomorrow.

I do hope this doesnā€™t fall to deaf ears as we have purchased their founderā€™s pack. Weā€™ll see how they treat founders in this game.

i can login right now, do this steps:

  1. go to your steam library and right click tos - propeties

  2. find local files tab and verify your game cache

  3. do step 2 until ā€œall files successā€¦ā€ message

  4. login and have fun
