I think cleric 2 is more important for healing in dungeons if that is your goal - the extra squares help a lot.
Agreed. C2 cleric provides up to 11 heal tiles (buffed +1 with divine might) and with Paladinās Restoration +HP recovery will mean more heal power per tile.
Just go Cleric 2 Priest 1 Paladin 3. As long as youāre Cleric 2, you can called yourself a healer and it synergy well with Paladin. Priest, Diev, Krivis offers different type of utility so thereās nothing wrong if youāre not following this thread guide.
You mentioned that C1 Cleric is not sufficient as a healer so why are you rolling to Krivis and Diev
Imo your build will be halfass healer, support and DPS.
Could I ask this one question?
Iām about to create a Paladin. My build will have next to no INT.
Of cause I know that w/o INT, Healās potency will greatly drop.
Then, what if I use Heal while using Restoration Lv.3? (HP Recovery +134, plus attribute)
Or its Level is too low to show the difference?
Every instance of HP gain (even passive HP regen) is increased by Restorationās value. So, each heal tile will heal for 234 more HP.
So itās a flat increase, eh?
Thanks for the answer!
What weapon type is better for STR paladin? Sword or blunt? They offer similar ATK, but blunt also gives magic ATK, but I donāt know what do I need it for, since I took diev, not kirvis.
I know, that swords give a paladin ability to deal slash damage. Are there any other reasons to choose swords?
equip 3 weapon,
Sword for Slash + bonus damage
Blunt for Strike + bonus damage
Dagger(secondary weapon) for pierce + bonus damage.
for PVE, if you notice that your current weapon (sword for example) against the mobs are dealing low damage, quickly switch your weapon (mace for example) and try again, if it still low, then try using your secondary weapon (dagger), usually you will see different on the damage.
On a side note, Cleric class had a passive skill which is if you using blunt weapon (Strike), you will get a low percentage to stunt the enemy.
Paladin would be viable for high endgame content for both PVE and PVP/GVG?
Thanks!!!
for GVG a paladin would probably be better off going full tank/spr support. They wonāt be able to get in close but they are also the only defense against magic. Thatās the hardest build to level though.
I was thinking of going offtank/support dps build (CON/STR) - Cleric 2 > Diev 1 > Paladin 3 > Kabbalist. Not sure if it could really work but i see the synergy. Iāve seen PLD tank bosses with ease and with revenge sevenfold and ein sof, it would be tanking and reflecting damage. But tool tip says RS is magic damage, so does it scale with INT then?
not really, STR paladin has easier time than INT paladin early game
huh? i didnāt say anything about STR or INT?
I play the Cleric C2+Krivis1+Pala 3 Build and was going int/con first up to 90/60,
After i got Smite i put all points into Str and a bit in Con.
With lvl.180 and the 10% for Str/Int im at ~160Str/120int/75Con.
My Zaibas hit lightning neutral Mobs for 500-600 each hit,
lightning weak Mobs like the Mole Boss in Mission Dungeon,
it hits for 2500+ with Conviction+Resist elelement.
I dont need a Stat reset,maybe with Rank 7.
I tried to PM you but I was getting an error
Iām following your STR paladin build and wondering is there any reason you have INT apart from making early leveling easier?
This is a thread about SPR Paladin for those interested.
I have that feeling too. I blindly started following his STR build then I started think about what the point of INT was for. I ended up deleting the character at level 38 and am now starting over with a STR build.
I guess I thought he knew what he was talking about because of how well structured his post was. Yeah stupid me
what is your stat allocation in the new build?
Iām only level 19 at the moment. So far I have 22 STR and 15 CON. just wondering if I should add some DEX though.
