any chances that those ppl who are unqualified to get the keys are using VPN/proxy when they registering???
Even then it doesn’t matter i believe… Your emails are created some place… I didn’t do that and didnt receive a key… my brother whos a room away got one.
Welp, if I don’t see the key by tomorrow and im still getting this message then im just forgetting about ToS and I’ll focus on BnS. Not a big deal, I don’t need the nostalgia in my life as much as a real action MMO/esport.

What really makes me sad is that the staff from IMC doesn’t respond to this. Some things are clear already:
- All people who get the message are from a qualified country
- There are many people who registered much later (100k+) but still got a key and some others (below 50k) didn’t get one
If the number of keys is REALLY the issue here, they should have given the people who registered sooner give the keys first, since it would just be fair. My friend registered 3 hours before the deadline ended and he got a key, while I didn’t… Now he will be able to enjoy the game, while I will have to listen to things like “omg the game is so amazing”, what kinda pisses me off, to tell the truth… I played Ragnarok Online for 8 years and was really looking forward to finally get my hands on ToS and now this… Really frustrating. If the staff would at least respond and explain what really happens, it would be much less frustrating and I at least would know what I can or can’t do now…

I really think this was an error on their side. Can someone from the admin team reply to this thread. Fix the message. It should be “Tough luck kid, better luck next time.” and not the “It is unfortunate that we could not accommodate you for the Beta Test this time since you conditions did not meet our requirements(ex:registrants from the countries where TOS has local publishers and etc)”
This would clear out the negative thought we have and this would really make your die-hard fans happy (Including me of course).

Yep received my key just now Via email. There is still hope guys! Watch for those emails! On the website it still tells me i dont though so don’t pay attention to that!

Is it so hard to take 20 secondes of your time to let poeple know what’s going on? a simple : " forgive us for the misunderstanding, poeple who register before 19th will get a beta key for sure, don’t pay attention to the message in " check your beta key " be patient "
Or even : " Forgive us for the misunderstanding, but you are officially rekt. not enough key, even it we said there will be no limit. "

I wished I could do this… but I dont have a gmail account. Only registered thru FB… *sigh
I think the problem come from gmail users, but not all of them. I used Gmail too and I got the same problem.
It means, that the problem IS NOT gmail, not the country, not the publisher.
have you guys tried checking your spam folder in your email i just read on other topic someone got their key from his email itself and not from the home
