Let’s all be honest here, the players who farm the fragments are the same, and in some servers (silute at least) they cartel the ■■■■ out of the prices.
100+ fragments on market for 800k each, yeah no sorry.
I’d rather have like 10 (maybe more) fragments for random players every 4 hours, so we can get rid of this stupid price

Then you need 105 ominous minerals for roughly the same price… if they’re even sold in the market (currently only 30 of these on Fedi). Or buy the crafted ominous crystals… for 25mil a piece. And scum for more mats. And a crafted accessory which isn’t sometimes easily available anymore (peta). And in the end you’ll get something that isn’t really that good… Clearly removing the field bosses is just a placebo for something that should be completely rethought.

Musketeer
Snipe: If no target is damaged by Snipe, the cooldown is reset.

Psychokino
Psychokino: If you place a Raise and a Heavy Gravity in the same location, enemies become held in the Heavy Gravity and cannot move. At the end of the duration of the Heavy Gravity, the enemies are knocked up and then down to the ground.

Pied Piper
Stegreifspiel: You can now choose through arts which skill is used.

Falconer
Hanging Shot: When used, saves you from an emergency and makes you invincible for 3 seconds.

Druid
Chortasmata: No longer deals damage, but its SFR is added to its Healing Factor.

Onmyoji
Yin Yang Harmony: Doubles the damage/hits(?) but greatly reduces the size.

Nak Muay
Ram Muay: Critical hits reduce the cooldown of Muy Thai by 1 second. Also enables kicks while basic attacking.

Barbarian
Leather Mastery: With full leather equipped, your character becomes a Beast type race and your minimum attack increases closer to maximum attack (+5% per attribute level, max attribute level 10).

Dragoon
Dragon Fall: You no longer move to the location after jumping, but instead jump and throw the spear to that location, then return to original position.

Cleric
Cloth Mastery: When wearing full cloth, subtracts 5% from your Attack stats and adds that much to your Healing stat.

Alchemist
Alchemist: Gain a recipe to craft small hp elixirs, and another art that gives SP elixirs

Monk
Monk: When hitting an enemy with double punch, you receive a buff. The buff gains stacks any time you deal critical damage with a monk skill. At 10 stacks, it changes to the Nirvana buff, which temporarily eliminates the cooldown time for Energy Blast.

Hoplite
Spear Throw: Now deals earth damage, petrifies enemies for 2 seconds.

Cataphract
Rush: When using Rush, enemies are vacuumed into you, and the closer they are, the more damage they take.

Bullet Marker
Freeze Bullet: Instead of randomly freezing targets, creates a fog that chills enemies over time. Enemies in the debuff get a stacking chill debuff that reduces attack speed and deeply freezes enemies for 2 seconds at 5 stacks.

Assassin
Hallucination Smoke: Enemies in the smoke get [Assassinated] debuff. Increases damage taken from dagger attacks from the user by 25% and prioritizes teleportation to them via Behead.

Sage
Dimension Compression: Now instead fires a black sphere in the direction you are facing, slowly moving for 5 seconds while pulling in enemies.

Missile Hole: Stores damage taken from missiles and reflects 50% of it back to enemies nearby you at the end of the duration, +45 sec to cooldown.

Pyromancer
Prominence: Upon use, a flaming sphere will rotate your character for 30 seconds.

Fire Wall: Doubles the number of hits of [Fire Wall], and it is created in a cross pattern upon use.

Archer
Leap: Half the range of leap, but instead it goes forward, and makes enemies take more damage from missiles.

Kabbalist
Merkabah: You cannot be damaged by enemies while riding, but cannot receive the effect again for 40 seconds

Tiger Hunter
Tiger Hunter: Deal +30% more damage to bosses.

Warlock
Pole of Agony: Pole of Agony spawns spirits every 0.5 sec.

Zealot
Martyr: When you finally die after Martyr triggers, heals nearby allies by 50% of their max HP.

Chaplain
Visible Talent: No longer accumulates damage. Instead, ignore block and evasion of enemies and deal more damage based on how much block and evasion they have.

Miko
Omikuji: Becomes a 30 minute buff that increases looting chance and provides a chance to not lose equipment durability based on the random effect obtained.

Gohei: Increases the SP consumption of [Gohei] by 100%, and causes it to remove enemy buffs within a range of 100.

Krivis
Aukuras: The torch will now follow you.

Krivis: Swaps the STR/INT and DEX/SPR scaling of Krivis.

Shadowmancer
Infernal Shadow: Halves the HP of the created shadow, but provides you a shield based on the HP of the shadow for 10 seconds.

Dievdirbys
Statue of Ausrine: Halves the duration of Ausrine, but -10% damage taken by all allies nearby the statue.

Featherfoot
Levitate: Removes all removeable debuffs on use.

Exorcist
Rubric: Now deals dark damage. Inflicts a debuff that lowers enemy damage on hit by 5% per stack.

Katadikazo: Now deals fire damage, and now leaves flame on the ground.

Enchanter
Overreinforce: Increases the reagent cost by 5 times, but now applies to top, bottom, gloves, and shoes as well.

Squire
Equipment Maintenance: Wearing all the same type of armor provides the mastery buff of that armor type to those that use your maintenance shop for 30 minutes.

Taoist
Taoist: When an amulet disappears from the field, it has a chance to explode with [Begone Demon] automatically.

Phantom Eradication: Reduces damage by 20%, but inflicts the [Talisman] debuff on enemies that are hit. [Talisman] periodically inflicts lightning damage to enemies nearby the one that has the debuff (but not the enemy itself). The debuff lasts 10 seconds and deals damage every 1 second.

Priest
Resurrection: Instead of healing the target when they are resurrected, they are given a shield (damage shield) and increases their HP recovery.

Fencer
Epee Garde: Increases damage of skills by +50% when hitting an opponent’s front, +30% from any other direction.

Doppelsoeldner
Zornhau: Adds 2 overheats.

Wizard
Teleportation: If you use it again within 2 seconds, you will return to your original location.

Highlander
If you have more than 20% of your SP when you die, you automatically resurrect after 3 seconds and lose 20% of your max SP (5 minute cooldown)

Bokor
Mackangdal: The self inflicted damage cannot kill you, but leaves you with an amount of HP based on attribute level and doubles the SP cost of the skill.

Zombify: Halves duration of zombies, but when they die, they explode dealing damage based on your magic attack.

Sorcerer
Summoning: Can no longer ride summon, but summon now uses its skills automatically.

Cannoneer
Sweeping Cannon: -25% damage, but immediately destroys all installation skills.

Necromancer
Flesh Hoop: Provides a shield based on the current number of corpse parts you have.

Skeleton Mage: Provides buffs to other skeletons.
Skeleton Soldiers get +100% Physical Defense/Magic Defense
Skeleton Archers get +50% Attack Speed

Appraiser
Blindside: Now a fire attack, +15% crit damage on enemies that have the debuff. If an enemy dies from Blindside, they spawn a 5 second fire pillar.

Enchanter
Overreinforce: Increases the reagent cost by 5 times, but now applies to top, bottom, gloves, and shoes as well.

Thaumaturge
Swell Brain: No longer provides looting chance. Gives +10 STR/DEX per attribute level.

Plate Mastery: With full plate equipped, -5% physical and magic damage taken, -30% Holy damage taken.

Cryomancer
Ice Wall: Ice Wall is turned into an igloo when there are 6 or more walls and the starting point of the ice wall connects to the endpoint. Grants immunity to [Freeze] debuff and reduces damage received from ice-property attacks while inside the igloo. Also heals the caster’s HP by an amount equal to the caster’s HP recovery value every second.

Ranger
Bounce Shot: Adds ice-property to Bounce Shot and grants 100% chance to [Slow] targets. Damage increases with less number of targets. Freezes your primary target.

Sadhu
Cloth Mastery: Increases the additional psychokinesis-property damage effect by 10% of the player’s Magic Attack and grants [attribute level]x0.2% chance to grant immunity to debuff (rank 3 and below) when wearing 4 sets of cloth armor.

Rogue
Knife Throwing: Knife Throwing skill is cast in a circular shape around the player.

Matador
Corrida Finale: The trail of the charging bull is set ablaze. Adds fire-property to Corrida Finale and applies fire damage to the designated area for a 5-second duration.

Shinobi
Bunshin no Jutsu: When the clones disappear, they use Mijin no Jutsu. Consumes SP and deals damage based on the user’s skill factor of Mijin no Jutsu.

Sheriff
Westraid: Duration becomes 200 seconds. The existing effect no longer applies, but increases the chance of critical hits by 100%, but decreases by 1% every 2 seconds.

Lancer
Rhongomiant: When hitting a target, inflicts the [Duel] debuff for 20 seconds. If you are hit by that target, you take 50% more damage, but all other enemies deal 25% less damage.

Linker
Joint Penalty: Reduces the number of chained enemies to 1, and you chain yourself to that enemy’s heart. Deal +100% damage to that enemy, and when hitting them, provides a chance to heal HP based on damage dealt.

Mergen
Arrow Sprinkle: The range of arrows is reduced, but it now damages all enemies in range equally. Skiaclipse Bow has no effect.

Murmillo
Cassis Crista: No longer provides debuff resistance, but a block will reduce damage by 100% from [gun/missile?] attacks.

Oracle
Divine Might: Divine Might now only debuffs enemies. For the number of times it will trigger, it reduces the skill level of enemy skills used to 1.

Hackapell
Hakka Pelle: Upon use, increases movement speed of allies by 15 for 10 seconds and provides immunity to [Slow]. Movement speed bonus for allies increases to 20 if they are riding.

Fletcher
Magic Arrow: Now fired at enemies as a debuff. If the enemy dies, the debuff will move to a nearby enemy within 100 range. Duration and damage interval is the same as Magic Arrow, and when it moves to another target, its duration is maintained and increased by 5 seconds.

Hunter
Leather Mastery: If wearing full leather, all effects from your companion are doubled.

Inquisitor
Inquisitor: Burn: Increases the number of flames that can be generated by 3.

Matross
Crouching Strike: Now deals lightning damage. After use, provides a 10 second buff that raises attack speed.

Sapper
Punji Stake: Increases damage based on the remaining duration of the Punji Stake.

Schwarzer Reiter
Evasive Action: Halves the evasion gain, but provides immunity to all normally removeable debuffs while using Retreat Shot and Marching Fire.

Plague Doctor
Healing Factor: Increases the duration to 120 seconds, and no longer stops healing at the amount of HP upon cast, but only heals when the caster and the target are close by. You cannot use Healing Factor on yourself.

Peltasta
Guardian: No longer reduces damage taken, but reflects 50% of damage taken from magic back to enemies. (You take the remaining 50%.)

Elementalist
Meteor: Increases the cast time of meteor, but if you hit less targets with meteor, the damage greatly increases (damage splits based on number of targets)

Chronomancer
Backmasking: Returns you to the HP, SP, and location you had when you last used Backmasking.

Slow: Reduces enemy movement speed by 50%, and increases your movement speed equal to the amount they lost.

Rune Caster
Rune of Protection: When wearing full cloth and while Rune of Protection is active, the damage taken while casting is reduced even further (1% per attribute level).

Scout
Cloaking: Provides a 30% chance to immediately gain [Cloaking] for 2 seconds after defeating an enemy.

Rodelero
Targe Smash: Removes [Freezing] and [Petrification] on use.

Retiarius
Disarm: Now instead disarms enemy weapons. Against Scout type classes, it removes their subweapon.

Wugushi
Latent Venom: Reduces the enemy’s STR by 1 every 2 seconds, and increases your STR by 1 every 2 seconds.

Arditi
Recupero: No longer heals. Buff duration increased to 30 sec and it now halves dash stamina cost and reduces the stamina consumption of Taglio.

Pardoner
Discerning Evil: Limits the maximum debuff duration increase to 20 seconds, but decreases the cooldown of Indulgentia by an amount of time equal to the highest debuff duration increase applied.

Paladin
Barrier: Decreases damage received inside the Barrier by 20%, and the damage received through Barrier: Devotion is reduced by 50%.

Outlaw
Rampage: Now deals ice damage, and enemies that are hit become knocked down or frozen for 2 seconds. Cannot use while riding a companion.

Quarrel Shooter
Kneeling Shot: Upon use, relocates up to 4 pavises to form around your character.

Swordsman
Thrust: Upon use, rushes to the targeted enemy and damages them.

Corsair
Jolly Roger: When Fever is activated, enemies around the flag will be attacked by a bombardment.

IMC must really hate Monks to make an Arts System attribute that uses Double Punch to set up buffs and skills to reset the short cooldown of Energy Blast, which is a weaker DPS skill than the Double Punch that sets it up in the first place (unless Divine Stigma is used).

Seriously, screw IMC.

Arts are attributes that have their own attribute level. This one has a max level of 5.

We’re getting another enhancing attributte if I understand correctly ?

max level 10: 4% up SFR per level + 5% at maximum ?
Can only be used if enhance is at level 100

i was hoping for more utility for tiger arts attribute since its more of a pvp class, but they decided to

nah just put 30% damage increase to boss which tiger is very bad because of its weak sfr and animation

well its not that bad if it affect whole build overall, but the utility and damage provided by fal-sap-musk is too good to pass for any content

I wonder if there’s a cap on the Wugushi arts, as Laten Venom duration can overlap on itself indefinitely?

and Snipe arts basically imc way of fixing snipe missing its target bug if you cast it too fast, just costing you more bg and more sp :satisfaction:

and i assume this arts system attribute is per character, not per team
