So, isn’t Death Sentence just a way worse version of this that doesn’t work on bosses?
Hopefully IMC takes another look at Oracle.
In that case, I could see Krivis and Inquisitor being a nice combo. Turning enemies into demon types and also using divine stigma to further increase the damage they’ll take. Last slot could be Zealot or Paladin.
Then again, I do not want to spend so much time just debuffing opponents all day. Guess that’s 2 useful skills in Krivis finally out of 6 skills (Zalciai and Divine Stigma).
Give 60s Melstis back.
Yeah and Divine Stigma’s still only going to hit 5 enemies every 30 seconds.
U got link to that?

Huge burst of a highly questionable build
idk. doppel killer hits seem nerfed.
chill, sniper still has best basic damage on weapon and best still factors, check out doppels with 207% instead on 8000%+ on zornhau and chill
Isn’t it funny. IMC spent 2 years reinventing the wheel and then after failing (quit hard too) they go towards pre-renewal RO little by little.
Ok, so krivis is becoming better and is sorta being pushed into buff debuff territory. What is IMC’s vision for krivis (and every other class) though. Dec 7 is just 2 weeks to go and we have yet to receive the official flavor/identity of any class beyond the base.
I rather have a Gevura with 100% uptime, screen-wide AoE without target limit for the limitation of only 3-9 hits multiplied. Gevura isn’t quite suited for boss fighting after all, so it doesn’t really matter.
I think it’s fine that Krivis got some useful skills so you can make a choice in that direction.
He will still mix up your stat spread (it’s a hybrid STR & INT Class) and has no defensive capabilities, so it’s a good trade-off as an offensive buffer/debuffer.
Kabbalist still has a lot going for it (especially after discovering that Nahash was nerfed so the difference between lvl 2 and lvl 10 is only about 39% overall damage, meaning I can max Revenged Sevenfold ) since it offers protection, recovery and utility via skills&attributes.
Krivis should have stayed as a green class instead of a red class if debuffing and buffing is all it will ever do, really.
It depends on the other 2 classes that taken along with Kabbalist. Currently there aren’t much skills that can capitalise on Gevurah within the cleric tree. If only Taoist and Bokor are still with us…
That said, Divine Stigma even with its 50% uptime, 5 target limit is able to increase DPS quite substantially for the entire party, especially when it is placed on targets with high hp. I like it that it doesn’t have a hit limit which is great for all types of spells within the cleric’s disposal.
And yeah max R7F is good, especially when there are targets to place it on, like the short clip I posted above. But that said, I wish the devs can do more for Kabbalists though. Its identity is getting further and further away.
IMC What is this yellow thingy? I WANT IT
God smash from inquisitor is good for Gevura, right? And it seems like that silly kabbalist combo with revenge sevenfold works so well with inquisitor’s pears, meaning you have an excuse to take both Gevura and Divine Stigma on the same build anyway. Krivis/Kabba/Inquisitor seems okay I guess.
you can even use Zalchaia for your crit inquisitor if you want to wear leather armor. There is also synergy between Divine Stigma and Ripper (increased STR stat makes ripper aoe ratio increase) and Merkabah and Judgement (turn enemies into demons so Merkabah hits more times on crash)
Yep. I’m using that build in the clip above :3
2 million burst damage for R7F.
Other than that… that’s probably it for Kabbalist’s Gevurah interaction. The spell isn’t that worth it considering that there are 3 other similar typed spells within the cleric tree that grants a similar style of damage boosts.
- Oracle’s Death Sentence
- Zealot’s Fanaticism
- Krivis’ Divine Stigma
The next 2 closest damage dealer with good damage to utilize Gevurah are Sadhu and Exorcist, but any of the above 3 options are much better than what Gevurah gives imho, mainly because of ease of use and none of the hit limit restriction.
If a skill needs so much setup, i.e. needing 2+ skills just to get an effect; that effect must be good enough to be worth the effort to do so, at least better than other similar type effects that only need 1 skill to activate.
Doesn’t work on bossed, high CD time, 5 targets max
prevents recovery, so might be highly suicidal against new damage calculation
is a debuff so it might be resisted by the enemy, only affects up to 5 targets
I think it’s well done considering the harshness of balancing the whole stuff.
Sure, Divine Stigma is better in a party, but I’d rather exchange another base Class like Scout in the party for a Krivis than sacrificing my own build.
If I check Re:build so far it looks really great for Clerics, they got the best buffs now and acceptable damage to boost on top of the sturdiness to clear content.
People said Tree of Clerics ended, and that is correct, but now we have really decent Clerics with a lot of useful stuff so you can just make a full Cleric party for tons of benefits on top of damage, it’s amazing.
No more need for Thaumaturge, Enchanter or Linker to have the best possible run.
Just bring 2 Krivis & 2 Inquis to the Velcoffer and see him melt like ice in the sun.
Tbh I have never seen an enemy resist Divine Stigma in the current game. Ever. Is it even possible?
Oh! its finally back on sight… I thought they were never gonna put that in the game xD
Is this thread finally done with being the new cleric build discussion…
Feel free to talk about something else if you want. This is obviously a general discussion so take the conversation in any direction you want so long as it is relevant to the goings on in KTOS.
Yeah, ok sure do!
Since every archer will have a running-shot-esque base class option are is it known if there are builds worth center8nf around it or will it be not worth it?
