it didn’t really shows it in the video so we cant really say its confirm…
I’m just linking the video, since it’s not found by me, I did ask back at the thread, but no reply to me,
someone who does datamining have said in the topic that we will have close to 330 exp cards from the new maps(lvl12-13), and those cards would give close to 550million exp and the total xp for class1-15 on rank8 is only 696million, so he would need to do the quests and probably the 150million left would be given by the mobs when he was doing the quest.
the sad thing is, those new cards are giving so much xp, that i bet that they will be nerfed before the update launch on itos.

Ofc they will be nerfed, just like when we accidently got a taste of what the Koreans get all the time with those lottery boxes, it took IMC less then 2 days to hotfix that away from us, we got the party cutscence bug for about 2 months but the second people started getting a free 10k to 5mil silver a day like kim’s precious Korean players do IMC springs to life and remembers how to program again.
(Just like we still only get 3 dungeon runs a day to their 5, merge huh, ya right, itos is and always will be the red headed bastard step child)

Comments like these show that even when IMC does something good. (responding to bugs fast for once) Some players still will feel the need to make up reasons why it was a negative thing and will try to make people believe it was in fact not in players favor.

Feint is single target or can apply to many mobs ?
You can apply to multiple mobs. Not sure why you ask here tho o_o

No, it does indeed have an individual chance per attack. There was a bug where the class had an unusual delay between attacks. The bug should be hotfixed now, and I think the other falconer abilities used in video may have caused this unusual intermittent delay.

You can see the user trigger the effect twice simultaneously, the bird attacks again after the swoop down animation.

may be he have 10 11 exp cards, using them like me and lvl up 300+ lvl

Ugh why archer r8 soo disapointed. soo weak damage, very underwhelming, long cooldowns skill, many bugged skills. So i wonder what is their role in party as for now they role just only for filler to get bonus exp in party.

Fletcher is still fine, tons of DPS, why RIP? Just because you are not #1 anymore doesn’t mean you are trash

I think that cannon C2 is bugged though…
This one is pretty niche
As someone likenme who plays casually, leveling to 280 takes a very long time and at this point very unreachable with just doing 3 dungeon runs(very restrictive compared to RO where dungeons are fun and dense), lack of quest and exp cards, i feelnlike asnif they put level restriction too much on players and token is a MUST to enjoy the game late game (forced subscription?). This is just my thoughts. And image with rank 8 coming up. It will be twice the grind and probably more restrictions. We probably wont even get those lvl13 exp cards so im not that excited about rank 8

so…stand in that Pillar of Light thing…3 shinobi use Bushin No Jutsu…summon Wheel and Kunai it. rinse and repeat wherever you go. 
so featherfoot c2 and canoneer c2 are the worst rank 8s?
