Wiz 3 Ele 3 actually does damage (to grounded enemies).
A lot of the things players worship here doesn’t even compute, they praise out-dated equipment out of old information they read up from last year and hear parroted over and over again.
That or they take PvP considerations and try to blend it in with PvE when the strengths of one don’t transfer entirely to the other.
