yes feint is melee and barrage is best at pointblank range using xbow+manamana. I can do PVE and bossing well as long as it is mano-o-mano. Any magic boss is my nightmare, like rexipher, mirtis, crystalmine’s stonewhale.

Hi. I am a new player started just weeks ago. Indeed a heated thread filled with various information concerning the scout 3 career. Someone told me that scout 3 is a viable option to earn silver, so yeah here I am.
Thank you Dream and jchsc32 for your passion in the scout career. Glad to know there are actual players with in-depth knowledge in what they talk about. I got to admit, you guys rocks.
Well, I only have a small request, Mr. jchsc32 concerning a skill simulator for your archer3 > scout 3 > falconer 1 route. I did read the whole chunk of information in the 1324 replies above but maybe I missed out the information on that? I did jot down some of the important stuffs you posted. Sorry for my selfish request but I am really looking forward to it.

sorry avoiding the forums atm they are getting too dramatic, lemme list the skills for you rq though;
archer - multishot15 swiftstep15 fulldraw9or10, I do 10, if you pvp do 9 with 1 hvy shot
scout - this is where I differ from dreamy b/c since april ive never bothered using camo, fluflu, distortion etc, I just run 15flare shot, 15cloaking, 5split arrow, 5camo, 5scan
falcon - 5circling, rest is irrelevant
mergen - 5homing arrow, 5arrow sprinkle, 4triple arrow, 1spread shot

I think i need to share you this info. Cloaking lv 15 is 106 SP, compared to Dreamy’s build which is lv 9 at 75 SP. Too much SP cost for PVE.
Cloaking need to be minimum at lv 6 to continuously cloaking, because there is 1-2 seconds casting and becoming invisible animation.
When you are in cloaking effect you can’t do bonfire.
His scout 3 skill distribution is too simplistic, no wonder jchsc32 wrote that Dreamy build have more fun play style. Then again, it is up to you whether to follow it or not. I wont force you to follow me, i dont want to be like jchsc32.

(well for now tos does have it only via gacha and we only hit the mid point)
if i am IMC i will release that kind elixir, but not for free, because the demand of that item will be constantly high which means bussiness opportunity.

15 minutes clear time huh. So I need to reach around 315 and git new bow just to have a slightly fast clear time.
Looks like there is no merit. I’ll just park my low level scout 3. 5 or 7 minutes improved clear time doesnt change anything imo.
I do commend peeps maining it and doing some hard work.

how is the spiral arrow damage after changing to cloth? this is a new info to me that spiral arrow do piercing damage, would like to know further

yes cloth reduces all piercing damage, whereas leather armor is weak to piercing, in leather you take double damage
people cafrisun in 115 dungeon even with very high con can instant die xD in matchmaking
Yes the cloth armor conclusion is what I have personally come to from experience, the last 5-6 months I have worn everything from Virtov Plate to Virtov Leather to mixtures of both to Shade Dancer Set to anything else you can think of.
In the rank 8 content the main sources of death come from absurd magic damage and 15-20k spiral arrow or triple arrow spammers. Cloth mitigates both these and if you saw my recent clip of my scout 3 in the 145 dungeon you will notice it also boosts my SP to over 3,800 so its pretty OP. I am just 1 of the only people running it atm, its commonly overlooked.

Ya I’m running 4pc Virtov Cloth atm and absolutely love it, x4 Tier6 Red Gems on top and bottom and x1 Tier6 Blue Gem on the boots, gloves no gem atm, hardly worth it until they buff the glove slot. My HP is over 20k (with only 60con base) and my sp is a whoping 3.8+k so my sp return procs are really juicey.
