Feedback: If I remember correctly STARHUB gives lesser latency for PLDT users where as Singtel is of these range.

Recommendation: Maybe make another server with a better latency for those compatible with Starhub?

can someone tell me, i got good ping on sea. but sometimes when i went to the game, there is a delayed, even other player sometimes didnt appear in field

whats your ping? if there is any packet loss with the ping that will explain your delay sometimes…

how can i have 75ms (playing from Greece) and ingame //ping shows 200-300ms , sometimes lag spikes are so heavy that i have to wait like 5-10 seconds for an item to get consumed after i click (its not screen lag , i play with 100fps)

game is unplayable like this , please fix it …
before someone tell me i have to contact my isp , please , i have been playing every mmo that ever came out since 10+ years now and i had never problems with ping

They are not the same. The ping servers are different from the actual ingame servers, meant only for testing purposes. This just shows how ur ping would be to an empty server. Or else, you can see how problematic are the overcrowded servers right now.
