It was +5% per stack. I noticed an increase in my physical attack at stats tab, but after some patchs on iTOS this increase disappeared.
I think they “fixed” it and now just increase the damage to +5.
Don’t know how skill is working on kTOS, but I’m pretty sure it still good as how it should be.
found couple battle bracelets off galoks just by dropping the flag down before killing it… anyone that leaves this skill at level 5 is a retard lol
By your logic any corsair who did not take the third circle is a retard for not having JR 15/15
I’m sure you know there are many different reasons for people taking corsair 1-3, but we’re stuck there(at lv5 JR) as we already got what we need from the rank
C1: A good enough looting at Lv5, Hook tools for pvp, dust devil for mob control, and laslty, JR attribute(this+looting items would be mine)
C2: A better looting at Lv10, DWA filler, Hexxen Dropper
C3: Best looting at Lv 15, pistol usage
But yes anyone who left JR at 1/5 at the first circle or not going to use its full potential at their current circle would put it to waste, it’s already easy to narrow down what you want on a corsair. Unless they took it purely for the attribute and combo.

BTW, there’s a new bug about stacks. When I create a party only for JR and I’m the only one in it, the maximum stacks what I reach is 10 even at skill lvl 5.
I have it at level 10… there are some bugs with the skill some others are experiencing
I also have the Unlock Chest skill at level 5 and that skill is completely bugged… it doesn’t open boxes at all without a key

Oh i figured it was a 5 second buff that works like a Key+skill level… what is it used for then?
I have four lvl 2 keys and didn’t open three lvl 3 chests and one lvl 5 chest. So…

Pls dont. Why do u need that skill anyway unless you are levelling a shield guy or a 2h guy. There are always other important skills then “sometimes get a hair accessory”.
unless I just haven’t had it proc much I noticed silver does not drop so much or it must drop only in 1 clump over 5 little ones when I got it past level 7. but stealing items seemed to proc more often. when I was getting my kill achv from goblins I stole way more goblin tokens over actual drops of them. the rule of thumb iv noticed with jolly roger is the more hp the enemy is the better it is for jolly roger.
The chances of pillaging is skill level dependent. So that’s why it is recommended to max it for PvE

Yes, but I never thought it could give you an extra box, it never gave me one. The drop chances seem to be different when pillaging than normal drops, since otherwise you would steal a bunch of boxes on every solo boss fight.
It’s really not explained at all, but I do think it’s pretty good when dealing with tons of mobs.
