Jolly Roger - Pillaging stopped giving silver

I’ve previously reported several Jolly Roger bugs. Simply put, the skill is very much broken.

But now it’s even worse. Today my Pillaging simply stopped giving me silver and it won’t start to do it again no matter what I do. I changed equipment, channels, locations, relogged, exited game, created and joined parties, etc. It simply doesn’t give any silver now.

Pls note that Pillaging is a main effect of skill and I have flag lvl 15, thus, I practically just lost 14 skill points worth, which is insane.

If anyone encountered this issue and knows what to do to fix it - pls tell me.

UPDATE: I confirmed that while silver no longer drops, I still get loot frops from monsters with the flag.

PS. Pls IMC, fire your programmers and hire some russian IT students. They would probably still be better at what they do, even lazy, drunk and with one hand. Also probably less payment. Yeah, I’m kidding, but it’s no joke.

What monster did you test it on? have you tried on multiple monsters of different levels? based from your tests

Yes, I’ve tried it on several mosters of different levels on different locations. Namely, Demon Prison 2F - all monsters there and Nahash Forest - all monsters there.

So your problem is, you have the pillaging buff, but not getting any silver/drops.

I think mine was still fine yesterday so it’s possibly on your toon, will test again once I get home.

Correct, I have the buff, but no silver drops.

Well, I grinded Demon Prison yeasterday and it was fine. Flag effects break sometimes if you have several flags up overlapping each other’s AoE (this I reported previously with bug report) and walk from one flag’s area into the other, maybe this time it just broke “for good”, or smth. Other times I had my Pillaging broken was when there were 7+ fever tooltips with 0 cd due to Fever Time bug (also reported), but that time it was fixed by relogging. Now it seems nothing helps, I’ve spent like an hour trying to figure out if I can do anything to fix it, but to no avail.

I only noticed the lack of silver today (which is easy as lvl 15 flag gives lots of silver), but I am not sure what caused it and if the cause was also today.

I’ve put together a small video showing off no silver drops and also a bug with overlapping flag AoEs. One may think the amount of mobs in the video is not enough, but in reality with the flag lvl 15 silver drops, like, from the every second mob.

its working for me… i have it at level 10 and i stole a boss cube from the lvl 200 dungeon boss earlier… so is level 15 bugged? or is it the fever thats causing it?

It seems something on my side just broke randomly. I’ve been using lvl 15 for quite some time now, but silver only disappeared today.

My Pillaging still gives me silver. I once read that depends of your and monster lvl.

Jolly Roger bugs what I saw:

  1. Increase damage isn’t working. The right increase was +5% per stack and I noticed that increase in my physical attack at stats tab, on the second week of Early Access. However, after some patchs on iTOS this increase disappeared.

I think they “fixed” it and now just increase the damage to +5, just like iCBT2.

Don’t know how skill is working on kTOS, but I’m pretty sure it still good as how it should be.

  1. When I create a party only for JR stacks and I’m the only one in it, the maximum stacks what I reach is 10 even at skill lvl 5. The right limit is 14 and it only works properly in a full party.

Just noticed that last week (monday), because when I reached 11 stacks, the countdown timer was 10 instead of 5. A week ago it was normal to me.

I once read that depends of your and monster lvl.

This was never the case, it worked on anyone. And as I’ve said - I’ve used the skill on the variety of mobs from lvl ~150 to lvl ~240 - silver never drops.

That’s strange, because it’s ok for me a while.

I think I might have triggered that weird stuff that completely breaks the skill. Good thing at least it still gives loot drops.

UPDATE: now it’s my time to have this skill bugged (more than it’s). Yesterday it was normal as I said, but today when I did three Siauli runs I noticed what you told us.

First of all, my flag remained “forever” LOL, but only on Siauli mission.

Next, I didn’t see any coin from myself or my team mates =(

On PvE the duration is normal. I’ll do more tests to see if I receive Silver or not.

I’m having the exact same problem and have tried all the things you did, I hit Corsair 1 yesterday and maxed Jolly Roger ASAP.

I’ve been playing for about 5-6 hours since maxing JR and have had a lot of loot pop but I haven’t noticed silver being stolen at all.

Edit: I’ll add that sometimes I’ll get the sound effect of picking up multiple items/coins when I’m walking away from my flag even though I don’t see any on the ground or get the notification of silver being added, but I never checked my inventory. Is it possible that coin drops are just invisible for some people…?

Well well, on PvE I received coin silvers only one time. I don’t know what’s going on XD… Bad luck?

Make a party and the Jolly Rogers triggers his effect.

Pls learn the skill before leaving a “smart” comment.

Pillaging works without party. Combo - dont.
