Yes, that’s all Peltasta have at the moment. Great mob control capability that is accessible from c1. The rest of Peltasta’s skills are meh, which is the reason why Peltasta is already at its best from c1 and most people only take it at c1.
I’ve never seen anyone mention the matter so I have a question about the buffs from Refreshment Table. Do the food buffs appear in the Primary or Secondary buff bar?
Edit: Also, exactly what does the atribute ‘‘Count Increase’’ in Weapon and Armor maintenance do?
This is probably just me hiting a lenguage barrier as English isn’t my main one, but I would apreaciate an explanation.

-When you repair with a squire your armor durability can be increased a bit.
That’s Repair, not Weapon/Armor Maintenance which don’t repair a weapon, they just give a bonus.
Those buffs has a hit counter, so you can increase the amount?! I think its it.
Maintenances are time based, one hour to be precise.
I’d assume ‘‘Count Increase’’ means the base bonus, but the wording just seems awkward to me so I want to make sure.

Really? I never noticed it, I always ran out of it via time.
For weapons its a big number but for armors its a small amount like (number + int) if im not mistaken.

I see, I never even saw someone with Armor Maintenance so I didn’t even got to try it.

Glad to know that my guide is useful. 
Dragoon looks cool, but whether it is a good choice or not, will depend on your class choice before you reach rank 7. I personally recommend you to take Hoplite or Cataphract before you reach Dragoon.

What would you recommend me for a “Peltasta c1-c2-3 > Squire c1-c2” path? I think Dragoon or Hoplite as a 7th rank should be ok.

Assuming you will play either full STR or STR-CON or STR-DEX build, and you insist to play Peltasta c3 with Squire c2 :
- Squire c3 to maximize weapon maintenance & the other utility skills
- Dragoon c1 for hard hitting skills
- Hoplite is fine with its Finestra but its a bit too late to take Hoplite IMO.
I have one question for your Full STR experience, Sir. How was your accuracy? Did your gear make up for it?

So I have a question about Pelt3 skills. Is it really worth maxing Butterfly and Umbro Thrust over Umbro and Rim Blow? Umbro and Rim has potential to deal 500% damage on staggered/frozen targets and have much lower CD.
I also don’t think that Umbro Thrust Armor Break debuff duration/chance scales with level. So I would be glad to hear your current opinion on those skills. And probably on Langort as well, if you played pelt3 on kToS.
Regarding Squire, as I know, you can open shop and then swap into different character. Is this true?
