I actually think Wiz3>Psycho3 quite a build to consider, the Wiz C3 quick cast benefit Psychic Pressure, and Gravity Pole in casting Speed + Damage, it is like 1.5*1.5=2.25 total damage output.

Planning on a Pyro/Psycho build on re-release, does this look ok?

Quick Cast makes channel-cast skill such as PP hit faster.

For skills that are based on ticks over time of usage, quick cast makes the ticks come faster, can’t prove it, but everyone talks about it, I’m pretty sure it’s true.

It also makes sense, if you’re able to cast things 50% faster, when making psychic pressure you should also be able to “cast” the hits faster.

No it doesn’t, same as channeling skills (who spread this false info ).

Her ticks aren’t being amplified from in video.Blood Sucking has a faster damage tick rate than Psychic Pressure naturally.

Why is this conflicting info still happening.

The base magic damage side of the calculation gets amplified 50% just as with any other skill. There is NO increase in tick speed by using quick cast with either persistent ground spells or channeling skills as far as the evidence goes.

If it makes you feel any better, Psychokino is one of the very few wizard classes Plague Doctors/Oracles fears.

The only CC that goes through Bloodletting and Prophecy is Raise tho.

Idk why ppl keep saying how Psy counters PD or even spread wrong information saying all of Psy CCs go through those prevention skills. (I am not saying you are the one spreading that!)

Stun from PP, Telekinesis, Magnetic Force and Gravity Pole are all Rank 1 CCs.

In all due respect, I do not spread misinformation. Telekinesis and PP are Rank 1 CCs. However, Magnetic Force and Gravity Pole are not which are more than enough to force PDs to be careful.

The client has been updated in all locations now, it should definitely be 2 normal and +1 with token in the client files unless it gets revised again before launch... but that's fairly unlikely. One change I hadn't caught on first inspection was an adjustment to frost cloud: Frost cloud now has a maximum number of enemies it can hit at once, which is limited to 10 + skill level.

Question. Is there an overarching rule that determines the rank of a debuff? Something to know without testing in game.

For example, all C1 skills of a class counted as rank 1? Or is it all arbitrary.

Magnetic Force and Gravity Pole definitely go through Bloodletting. I play PD in kToS and get owned by those two skills all the time.

@Arkova It’s all arbitrary. For example, C1 Bokor’s Hexing is a Rank 2 Debuff. So is Warlock’s Pole of Agony. PD’s Incineration is a Rank 3 debuff so there isn’t any rule regarding debuff rank. You can probably expect rank 8 classes and above to have higher ranked debuff but that’s only speculation.
