Hello TOS players!
I will share my ET video guides with everyone on the forums.
The videos are much shorter than full run videos available on Youtube, and I narrated key strategy / mechanic tips for each floor.
You are new to ET and don’t know where to start? You are currently farming ET but want to improve your success rate and improve efficiency?

thanks for the feedback!
feel free to share with you party members as well, as the videos show and describe some key strategies to each floor to succeed every run which is ideal for farming.
failing frequently can take quite a hit on a party’s morale, and the videos were designed to help parties max success rate.

i have already linked that at the end of my initial thread. thanks for sharing again.

it is a good starter but it is a guide no longer updated and out-dated, also does not cover solmik - as a caution to users.

Great! I’m going to take my time and study your guides to be prepared once I reach that level. I’m a casual player on progression but I try not to be a complete ass on these team-events. I don’t want anyone te be bothered by me being a newb. Thanks for sharing these,

Remember fellow newb wizards: don’t cast your flimsy shieldbuff near your party members.

yes not only does reflect shield take up a buff slot, but on 9F floor can fail the run if it reflects damage back to the poison pool in the center, and end up “killing” the poison pool object/ NPC.

also, i did not pop Daino scrolls in some of the lower floors, but I recommend carrying at least Daino lv5 skill scrolls if you don’t have a cleric with kirvis rank. I personally use lv12 Daino scrolls because I have a pardoner to craft them and its always available for my personal use.

yes it can be overwhelming for newer players just looking ahead to ET.
until this guide there were no guides with brief’ed videos with narrated explanations, and classically players have been sharing full-length recordings and learn by watching VERY long videos or skipping through them.

these videos I aimed to have lengths around 5-7mins so it will save you guys much trouble getting the runs right first few times rather than learn by trial.
It was originally made to share with my guild but it was suggested to me to share to public as it has helped my guild members tremendously.

I appreciate your efforts man. :slight_smile: It would definitely help new players understand or even encourage them attempting ET. With concise explanation in the videos, I feel the visual aid you provided complements Saintone’s very detailed handbook.

Im working my way through trying to grasp the whole path. But man, that music, with the volume going up and down, and you voice hidden amongst its squeeky happy notes. That is something your guide could do without.

fair comment and thx for the feedback. i also noticed that and plan to add subtitles to all videos so u can turn on cc/subtitles… xD

it is already completed for solmiki videos, i will go back and add cc/subtitles to 1-20f videos probably in the next few days.

i have just added subtitles to 5f and 10f guides. will get to 15 and 20f some time next few days! just turn on cc / closed caption if you have too much difficulty hearing parts of my narration.

This guide will no longer be updated as I am quitting TOS, and will not be active on forums.

Farewell everyone and I hope the videos will be helpful going forward.
I did not get a chance to upload a 36-40f video but if you gain experience up to 35f, the final 5 floors are very manageable if you apply some of the other floors mechanics - ET is repetitive and lacks creativity so it isn’t a steep learning curve once you get the basics down.
