Game access is restricted

Date and Time : 1am AEST (11am EDT)

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : Keyboard / Mouse

Bug Description :
When trying to enter a server, an error message occurs, saying “Game access is currently restricted due to a server maintenance or other reasons. For more details, please contact customer service through the homepage.”

I have a feeling the servers are just full, but wanted to clarify.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Log in to Tree of Savior via Steam
  2. Try to enter a server (All 4 don’t work)
  3. Error pops up: “Game access is currently restricted due to a server maintenance or other reasons. For more details, please contact customer service through the homepage.”

Read you screen shot i says right there. DUE TO SERVER MAINTENANCE OR OTHER REASONS. and if you read the announcements there was scheduled maintenance 1am-5am i wasn’t awake at the time so i don’t know if it dragged on longer or not.

Still getting this error (30+ hours since last maintenance), so it’s not as obvious as it might seem.

IMC support staff have been in contact with me. I’ll update if any solutions are found.

If you’re getting an access restricted message, please send us an e-mail at tossupport@imc.co.kr with your server and team name.

I had the same problem too right now.
"Game is restricted due to … "
Running good yesterday, but got disconnected when fighting the quest boss.
Then in sudden, I got the error message after small patch 11533 and launcher update today.

Still having the same problem in the moment even after doing the integrity check and re-download some files.

I had sent email and support ticket.

Some of my friends also get this problem (one just bought the package yesterday), and some are still playing right now.
