I can help out…I just bought both DLCs and can’t access the content. Why? Because I bought everything on Steam for NA apparently and I play on SEA.

Klaipeda isn’t labeled as “NA”. I considered it to be international. 
People were abusing it to actually pay less and exploit the system with that Brazil online check thing or what ever so they region locked it. But this actually has caused some problems here it seems.
Same here. I live in London, but I play SEA Varena. I bought Veterans DLC (EU coz i live in London) pack just to find out I cant use it SEA Varena.
If anyone experienced the same thing and had the issue resolved please let me know. Thanks.

I’m having the same issue. I choosed Klapedia because i could’nt connect in Silute when i first played the game (the SA server was down for good). I even thought back then it was a good thing to play in klapedia because SA server always has some troubles and klapedia should be a more internacional server.
Now I can’t even buy any pack and i have about 50 hours of playing. I hope they allow us to buy the pack from outside region or at least transfer me to SA server 
Boy they did not think this through, as usual.
856 hours spent playing on orsha (unable to work so have played every day since early access), and now they’re not letting me buy NA packs? They better let me transfere to EU.
Can they even think? LOL

I got the same problem I’m at SEA right now but I play at (Klaipedia) I didn’t even know Klaipedia was NA I thought it was INTERNATIONAL.Region locking other players is just stupid adding to that NA Packs costs Double what they offer for SEA Players this by far the most retarded move they could have ever done.

They need to make all the packs visible and let people choose what to buy. Why not? You cannot use cheap sa or sea packs on klaipeda anyway!!
It is was done by steam but it was meant for a diffrent situation. I bet they do not know that you cannot use your packs on the server you play on. It was meant to be a reagional price like the founders in March. Imc need to solve this issue.

Please IMC, i also have the same problem, playing from Europe on SEA. This is just stupid, even my granny can imagine this kind of situation will happen, if you’ll put regional restriction on pack purchase.
Why aren’t all the packs even visible? To avoid confusion? but people are already buying the packs they cannot use on their servers because of it. This is really frustrating.

How are you guys seeing the other packs? On my end I can only see EU even though I really want to buy NA.
We can’t see them either and the packs we can’t see are the only ones we can actually use on our servers, this is the problem.

Still, it’d be nice if they came up with a way to let us buy TP/DLC for the same (or at least very similar) price for all regions, and simply allow us to redeem it on our server of choice, rather than adding this restriction.
Note to IMC: We live in an age now where many of us have international friends, and thus some of us prefer to play on servers outside of our home region as a result. I have 0 friends from EU playing this game, so I’m not going to be playing on Fedimian. It’d be great if you could find a way to remove this restriction for those players who don’t play in their home regional server.
