Just wandering if this skill still have 0 seconds countdown.

For the few that may know too, Still the same on KToS?

I can build my entire build basing just on this Skill, My fear is that it get Nerfed on the future

If no cooldown change is mentioned there it’s very likely that kTOS didn’t change it.
