sorry if this has been asked before, seeing as circling is like linker2.0, this combo circling lv15+feint+barrage, will it spread the damage of feint+barrage or barrage only?
Is feint+barrage damage increased?
Anyway the damage that is replicated is based off the damage you just did.
What does this mean? it just means that the damage can be on par or higher if it crits than its original. it also of course can be a bit lower.
so if
-my normal barrage hit for 5x9k dmg,
-any FEINTed enemy will receive 10x9k dmg,
-there is 10 enemies affected by circling lv15 and i feinted one enemy and then cast barrage to that enemy,the rest 9 unFEINTed enemies will still receive 10x9k dmg?
Let me clarify:
If youāve just hit 40k to an enemy, the other one will receive 40k.
Also, only one enemy will receive that 40k.

The way the game handles the new damage however is quite interesting. it will go through multipliers once more such as: 2H bow.
Also when I say that 40k here will be 40k there is sustained by snatchingās damage, you see. snatching enables to deal double damage with strike type attacks, snatching on itself is strike so that 30k you see there should be less if it wasnāt strike. But, you see circling dealing around 30k to that caro next to the leafnut.

By the way, this means that any aoe attack is greatly enhanced by circling. and a multihit AoE such as multishot is marvelous.

Also would like to add: the multipliers that are considered are not the falconerās, unless, the falconer dealt that damage.
It considers whatever multipliers the one that dealt the damage has.

Yes it is only one enemy, however. all hits that are registered will spawn one extra hit. so thereās quite a lot of potential there. I cannot stop you there but atleast love us falconer 3 if you ever see one.

The potential Iām talking about: if you pay close atention to the second video, youāll see that the hits often prefer only one target, so. if you hit 10 enemies with 40k, each with 400k hp. one of them will instantly explode from that initial attack since more than likely the recently spawned hits will only prefer that target, and so on. (This is only a possibility as thereās only 75% of that happening)
on the contrary, first time i teamed up with falconer3 in timerys grinding i feel the killing pace become faster alot compared to no falconer3 grinding team.

Go A2 R1 Sc1 Rg1 Fal3 instead. Youāll get āFrost Cloudā archer version with aiming combo and feint barrage while multishot and circling are on cd.
do not do this builtā¦ ive had rancher 3 with rogue n the damage really does fall off late game. sapper 2 is good with broomtrap circling and aiming it scales wellā¦ you can also enhance multi shot to 100percent its 9m so kinda cheap n do lots of damage. if you wanted a lil mix you can throw in hunter 1ā¦ snatching is good for aerial bosses when you use 2h bow, itl make broom trap do 4x the damage during snatching bleed on bossā¦ snatching will also do 4x the damageā¦ itl also make pre emptive strikes attack 4x in damageā¦any hit thats strike or slash damage basicallyā¦ or you can do a sapper 2 scout 1 archer 2 falc 3 kinda builtā¦ but trust me when i tell you thisā¦feint barrage is not the way to go. If you want to go full support and be r9 readyā¦ archer 2 hunter 3 falc3.
I have had 3 falconer 3sā¦ so I have had time to experimentā¦one more thingā¦ You can punji a mob and instant kill themā¦ if they dont die n they are grouped together with aiming ā¦use pheasant n itl do the punji damage againā¦ doing it under circling intensifies the damageā¦ you can have no weapon equip and instant kill r8 mobs

What about Sapper skills how many points to them?
Max out broom trap. You donāt need collar bomb unless you are going c3 sapper since collar bomb hit count increases with skill level. You can 1 point in detonate but remember you can detonate aiming. Put 1 point in punji, and you donāt need that skill that covers your trap. After that you can do anything you want with your pointsā¦ the damage for claymore is kjnda good early game but itās still to much for set up time.

If Iām using Sonic Strike only with Preemptive Strike, does it proc on my current target when I attack, or will the falcon pick randomly (if there is more than 1 target in range)?

How often does Preemptive Strike proc? Iāve read 5sec cd on this thread, but Iāve seen videos (only a few months old) where the falcon definitely double dips before 5 seconds. Whatās the truth?

Can Sonic Strike be made powerful or is it overall disappointing? Iām a fan of running shot and was wondering if I can do an RO auto-blitz build.

Sonic strike with preemtive strike goes after your target, it is hovering the one that chooses randomly if youāve cast it or itās used by preemtive strike.

Every 5 seconds, the double dip youāve seen must of been the combination of manual cast + auto cast.

I have no Idea how could you turn it great. It is a fake multihit, and with trans 4 auf bow it deals around 20k. more if it is a target weak to strike, or less if itās resistant to strike. (And no mague in this game dares cast lethargy, lethargy doubles strike damage, so itād be 40k every 5 seconds)

Quite the contrary Iād say it promises a lot.
Itās damage on the side, sonic strike is the bad oh god awful bad skill. (I main a hunter falconer since prior to rank 8) and I can tell you.
SONIC STRIKE SUCKS!
However, preemtive strike, makes use of this glorified rushdog that uses character stats to scale its damage. 1 preemtive strike gives you 12 sonic strikes per cast, when you cast a normal sonic strike it, well, it sucks, it has 45 seconds of CD and whatnot.
True, I suppose my ultimate question is how well does it synergize with QS? I have a spare archer that is currently a2>qs3 and dumping falc3 on top seemed like a fun idea. Strictly for pve, btw.
