This is very true, however, if the falconer/hunter is you main (only class) the best money sink will be to upgrade your pet’s stats. This is because pets (as far as we know) have infinite scaling. This though has not fully been tested since the silver cost per stat exponentially increases each time you add the same stat to your pet.

P.S. Just make sure you never want to switch your pet for another. The stat point spending is non-refundable.
P.P.S That pet will be really helpful when leveling alts, as it will do a majority of the damage for you until you reach a certain point.

To be honest I would wait for a TP bird that have a weapon slot.

Although there is a toucan pet in that was datamined at beta. I highly doubt it may even come. THe thing about normal pets is that everyone can use them, so they are a cash grab(or whatever), but with falcon pets its only a select group of people who can use them.

I guess it would be the best money sink, just… make sure to have everything else already, otherwise it’s a waste of your resources.

just a question to other falconers:

does player’s critical rate helps your falcon to crit more often or the pet has its own critical rate?
just confused

The hawk deals no damage, it is you who is dealing it, it’s just that the bird delivers it.
So your stats matter, but there’s a slight contribution from the hawk’s attack when you’ve the obedience attribute.
But your stats are the things you should focus on.

Question, just recently started a A2>Sapper3>falc3 is this build any good https://tos.neet.tv/skill-planner#311555eee.1a284a5161.112f31436a7a85.1137415f618ab5c5? and what about stats im thinking 100 dex/30or so con/rest str, any advice?

circling 5 is optimal enough. falconer3 is better using sonic strike ONLY, falconer 1 use hovering

Falconer C3 is so much fun that I deleted him to get my 2 charslots back :tired:

what about stats i have a +6 aufgowle bow waiting for it(atm using a +5light gorithos) atm i have 100DEX+30 CON invested, rest of the points arent thouched, was thinking on putting the rest on STR, any thoughs?

no problemo, put the rest of them to STR. Your build doesnt need too much atk speed

ok, rest STR then, thanks alot

Can someone summary when you want to max damage at Pre-Emptive Strike/auto blitz or Pre-Emptive Strike’s damage depend on what else?
About the skill sonic strike’s attribute enchance damage is need to max it or not?
ty for reply this (newbie at falconer c3).

Your question is rather confusing due to your grammar. (Is English not your main language?)

I’ll just assume that you want to know about Pre-Emptive Strike.

Pre-Emptive Strike makes your hawk use Sonic Strike or Hovering in 5 second intervals when you are attacking. If you have no points in either skill then it will not use it. For example if you have one point in Sonic Strike but none in Hovering, your hawk will only use Sonic Strike and vice versa.
https://tos.neet.tv/skills/31012

Pre-Emptive Strike uses the values/levels from your Sonic Strike or Hovering, depending on which is done.

To make it do more damage, simply increase the levels and enhancements (attributes) to increase the damage of each respective skill.

The damage is based on your own physical damage.

If you have Train: Flying Companion, then 30% of the hawks attack will be added to your own for Sonic Strike, Hovering, and Pheasant’s skills.

Hopefully I was able to answer your question :sunglasses:

sorry for my english’s grammar, for ur opinion :

  1. Better max in hovering or sonic strike’s basic level? or both?
  2. How about their enchancement’s level?
  3. For the pet is really need to max it’s patk attributes at npc?
  1. sonic strike
  2. minimum lv 50
  3. no need unless you have surplus money

Dearest falconer players both old and new,
Please, please, PLEASE, do not ever use circling agaisnt a lone boss!
It is a waste of your precious SP, remember what circling on its own does? well… it reduces AoE def so an attack will just hit everything in contact, but when there’s only one target it will do nothing as there’s nothing to spread to!

Remember the attribute? it will hit one other target that it is not itself, meaning that you need atleast 2 enemies for it to work!

So please… stop doing it, it is rather silly… know your skills dearest falconers.

I use Circling against a lone boss, it’s a really good target to use detonate.

Circling + Aiming + 2 Stockades give the maximum number of things to explode. That gives a respectable amount of damage even on a non-flying monster.

That’s a reason I can get behind to, but, I’ve seen too many just use circling as if it were to do something instead of using it to detonate it.

Lol, I was like what triggered this random post by my fellow Falco bro. Now we know why
