Guys, i’m from Spain and got 139 ms from ping 54.88.25.242, is it viable to play as a Priest? 
Will i get a noticeable delay, even minimum?

“Any program”? You can try VPN software and test your ping then. Do keep in mind most good VPN software isn’t free

The ones I hear people talking about are WTFast, Mudfish and Pingzapper. I believe WTFast is 10 dollars per month and Pingzapper is 4 dollars per month. Mudfish is a bit different: You pay per MB transfer, and it’s the cheapest of them all.
I have only tested out Mudfish and saw little to no change. I don’t know if that means Mudfish isn’t a good service or if VPN service in general can’t help me.
