Yep cannot connect either ;_;

Here dont work too, what i check and find a different the ip address we did the ping test https://forum.treeofsavior.com/t/how-to-test-your-ping-to-the-sa-server/228449 is different then we can check on serverlist_recent.xml.
And other point, the ip address we find on serverlist_recent.xml dont response any ping:

C:>ping -t 52.67.27.44

Just debugged the issue, seems to be ISP / Firewall / Region related.

From home running telnet 52.67.27.44 2001 just hangs there indefinitely. From my private server at AWS (oregon), it connects just fine.

https://db-ip.com/all/52.67.27 says the address is from AWS São Paulo.

@STAFF_John @STAFF_J @STAFF_Ethan @STAFF_Ines Anything you could do on your side? Perhaps changing the IP / Reviewing your configuration?

It actually DOES reflect the reality. It’s empty, so it’s green. Would be red if crowded.

eu tbm não estou conseguindo entrar no novo servidor desde meio-dia,quando entra no lodger da disconect e vai para dela de servidor e quando clico no servidor SA diz que não é possivel conectar ao servidor.

@quit?!

Post must be at least 20 characters.

O jeito é todo mundo enviar ticket.

Não vou ficar usando programa pra poder jogar o jogo, típico de brasileiro fazer isso, depois banem o IP ninguém sabe o porquê.

Just in case anyone is wondering where 52.67.27.44 2001 comes from, there is a file called serverlist_recent.xml in your game folder under steam library (mine is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\TreeOfSavior\release).

Mine looks as follow:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

As you can see there are 3 IP/port pairs listed under [SA] Silute (probably game, chat and dungeon servers, not necessarily in this order).

As I can connect from Oregon but not from São Paulo, It’s most definitely a network issue.

Edit

Looking closely, isn’t It strange only Silute has 3 servers? All other have 4…

When pinging to all of those servers, it only ends the time for the packets.
