Anyway, Appraiser provides debuffs which does make sense being green, but it has shop skills…so I’d call something inbetween.

Hey guys kinda OoT but what are the requirements on using the test server?

And can you level up fast using commands or sorts on that server or you need to grind too?

You only need a verified Korean Nexon account to play. Leveling is done via grinding, but rates are 5x, so even leveling your first character should be not much of a problem at all.
