An Intermediate Guide to Clerics

Yeah, i know that Diev need Miko for Carve Owl but i said that this build is far from be a meta. Paladin can only be a awesome meta build as support and Priest c3 Paladin c3 is The one we’r talking about.

Hi, does anybody know which build is stronger, Bokor 3 Pd 3 or Sadhu 3 Pd 3? Can’t decide which to go, maybe even Diev 3 Miko Pd 3, but that seems too stationary and annoying to play.

I like the Bokor 3 Pd 3. I too find carving to stationary

I’m having a hard time choosing between SadhuPD or BokorPD. SadhuPD definitely plays much easier. However, when I try solo farming HG340 with both builds… I feel that they produce about the same damage output? I havent done the math.

I know with BokorPD you’ll see alot of bursts with Damballa, but then again, the DoTs are lower than a SadhuPD. Now with PD3’s “fast” attributes, maximizing the DoT will give alot of damage.

What do you think?

I tried the Diev3-Miko-Priest1-Zealot2 build from Wurmheart. Fun build for support with damage, just unsure if I should go Priest2-Taoist instead for more support.

Also, I’ve heard Dievdirby’s can be useful in pvp, what do pvp clerics usually pick?

OH SHITE, PANIC TIME FOR AA BUILDS.

IMC “fixed” daino x breaking wheel by making wheel ignore magic melee attacks.

Credit to @Nekorin ofc:

Not sure what to replace those builds with yet… Removed them for the time being though.

Save my Miko :sob:

With the reset event coming to an end in a few days, I have one chance to choose a final Miko build. I read everywhere that SPR effects carve owl so my choices are:

[C2/Diev3/Miko/Druid3]

  • Not too sure about the synergy here, but you get to be a Werewolf or a Table so that’s pretty cool

[C2/Diev3/Miko/Bokor3]

  • SPR works for Owl and Zombies

[C2/Diev3/Miko/Sadhu3]

  • Sadhu can Transmit Prana more SPR to Owls (confirm anyone?)

(Reason I didn’t list Zealot here is that I got one)

I’d also would rather not go PD3, but unless someone experience can say that PD3 completely crushes the builds up top

also I’m just going to do general farming, no ET/PVP stuff.

Druid3 is far more gear reliant then other builds tbh, and transform doesn’t deal enough dmg for that build. (You have to rely on Lycan.)
The only real synergy is that Lycan is very sp hungry, and full spr fixes that issue.

Diev3/Bokor3 works quite well tbh, but keep in mind spr bokor is essentially only good for generic PvE farming.
Both are also not that ideal vs bosses, so I’d recommend the diev/miko/pd3 or diev/miko/x/zealot2 builds over this usually. But you can try it.

I don’t even care if Transmit Prana works, with diev3/miko you can at least keep up 4 owls with ease.
Buffing one of them isn’t going to help much at all, and sadhu3 on its own isn’t strong enough imo. Skip.

I think diev3/Bokor3 combo is your best out of the 3, but druid ain’t that bad either. (far lower dmg, but more defensive and more versatile.)

A mini game of building my fortress while letting my zombies roam around attacking stuff, I like it!

Thanks

does anyone have experience with monk and a not so great ping? correct me if i’m wrong, but for what i’ve been seeing, most of it’s damage comes from sustained high aspd skill spam, is it?

i’ve been looking for a less dex dependent build for monk/zealot but nothing completely satisfies me :frowning:
i’m considering c2p1pala3kaba for pve fun but im a little hesitant. any suggestions/comments?

To replace the Krivis c3 i think Paladin c3 would be good. Conviction + Breaking Wheel + Demolition then AA… the combo still working but it will be not OP anymore. The build would be more less like this Full DEX. Or maybe this build as Full SPR.
This is a really scary nerf for AA Cleric.

I’m trying the same build today with Zealot 2 as my R8 & R9 (full SPR). It’s pretty good! With Blind Faith, I can use Barrier as a AoE Attack and the Fanatic Illusion + Sanctuary combo.

@Wurmheart
Hey, why did you remove the AA build? I was experimenting with that.

In any case, it does feel janky, and I always get 4-5 boss kill ranks…

read post #603

aka in ktest breaking wheel does not spread hits from daino’d auto attacks due to a “bug fix”.

Trying to figure out what the current best aa build options are, till then they’re down.

That actually makes sense given it is a magic attack.

Welp, back to the drawing board I guess.

I just wish things that “didn’t make sense” to start with didn’t take so long to be fixed that we actually started wondering if it wasn’t actually an intentional feature. Thauma’s recent fix/unfix fiasco is a prime example.

Fortunately we are still in reset event, so at most we wasted a few days of resets trying out the AA krivis-inq builds, so no much loss this time around.

I’m going crazy! I just can’t decide my last Cleric build and the “Rank Reset” days are ending! I’m starting to think in erase my Cleric! Why do i have so many of them? T_T

The only Build I can think of is: Cleric c1, Priest c3, Pardoner c3, Oracle c2. The purpose of this Build is simple, be a Buff Shop and do Arcane Energy lv10 for my DPS chars, you know, now everyone has high SP consumption.

Help me guys, tell me a useful Build.

Daino love no more

They also limited the spread of the wheel to 15 hits. I was almost deciding my final class on my cleric, but I think Daino inquisitor will be dead soon

we get resets until the 26th? Does the include the 26? If that is correct that is 5 more counting today. Just want to be sure I got this planed out right

Hi fellow Clerics!

Apologies for this slight deviation, but discussions here got me thinking:

  1. Does Exo’s damage stack with ME’s? And as a follow-up, is it worth investing in the Exo Enhance attribute (i.e. increases damage of Exo)?

  2. How does Fanaticism work exactly? I had the idea that whatever attacks or DoT your Zealot is currently making will be enhanced once you activate Fanaticism, hence, it might actually be more beneficial, say, to activate Fan Illusion first and then quickly follow it up with Fanaticism in order to fully benefit from the latter’s effect (also given its very limited duration). Is this correct or am I missing something?

  3. Just an idea SPR chaplains and how to allocate skill points. I have around 550+ spr, and even then, Blessing from several Pardoners still outbuff mine (in terms of sheer amount of damage augmented). So I reskilled and figured, I might as well drop Blessing altogether given that no other skill derives damage from it per se (not like how LR derives damage from Sacra, or Aspergillium from Aspersion) and that Blessing from Pardoners are stronger anyway not withstanding the 30% handicap (Pardoners in my server invest in 90 SPR 7-day bracelets), thereby freeing skill points for resurrection, revive, and a maxed aspersion even.

Your thoughts?
