GM, bot right now using EA 1. They all using chaplain job and duplicate valtas morning star and arde dagger. its simple to know they bot or not, their companion name is using human name, like Charles, Mark, etc. Hope you can ban them. -Telstai server player

Once I was on Crystal mine 1F on CH 2 and there was like 15 bots, same appearance looting together!
A FREAKING LOT!
And all together, in line!
I think that a GM with the power of banning bots should be enought to clean the server, 'cause if they loggin for 30 minutes/day, they can find a lot everywhere, and, finding a little day by day, the server would be very clean from this toxics!

So you banned 13 gold sellers on EU, and bit more than 50 botsā¦do you realize this is drop in the sea?
You can find that amount of gold selling spammers by 1-2 logins to channel 1 in town and checking yellow chat.
There are same spots full of farming bots everytime, i did nothing to find them, but i cat get 12 bots anytime, so it will took 5 logins even for me(and i reported this stops to you on forum with youtube links).
So how much time did you spend to ban them? 1-2 hours for a month since early access? thats not even funny 
P.S. not gonna pay a cent for you until you do some real effort, and if you donāt iāll even try to get my money back for not used DLS(i can probably can do this with not yet opened one)

How do I dispute my Ban? Iām not a Bot, I spend 90% of my time doing dungeons and missions =_=
Yes, I know little of the IMC, but I play RPGs for quite some time and several left to play, and one of the main reasons was seeing massive growth of bot and other chicanery and worse than that and realize that nothing was done by the person who produced or distribute the game, what Iāve seen and observed here is that things have been happening to curb these errors so I leave here my congratulations to all IMC team Games.
The reason is to show their users that frequently complained about bots and even gave negative reviews that theyāre taking action.
@SawdustWaffles Write a support ticket. They said that in the post.
@prince_leonard87 Those are team namesā¦ they ARE banning the account, not just single characters.
@kazamatenkai Just because the name is unsuspicious doesnāt mean theyāre not really a bot. If theyāre on that list, it means their behavior has been suspicious. Possibly even just z-attack-afking or client-duping. It doesnāt have to be randomized fully-automated RMT-bots to warrant a ban.
If they indeed have been banned unfairly, they can make an appeal via the support page.
@aruasim Record a video and post it via the support page or the report forum. They canāt check every post for a potential bot report and hop onto the game immediately.

Good job on this! I hope this bot ban hammer can keep continue, A lot of good player in the good old days of Ragnarok Online (RO) quit due to botting! We all know bot canāt be stop but atleast we can see IMC is doing all they can to control it to the minimum! ! GOOD JOB IMC

ā¦then whoever whisper you with interest in gold buying = BAN THEM PLEASE FOR THE SAKE OF ok maybe suspend them for a period of time but something like this should be able to stop the effin gold buyerā¦

I think my name is on the list somehow! i canāt get into the game since after maintenance, tought was some network issue, apparently im wrongly reported as a bot. -.-
So just want to ask, do you simply ban players and make us grief canāt play only to find out that you get ban for being reported for no reason!?
Have been playing with only friends and never really interact much with people unless they ask me something or what not.
I already send a ticket! Hope to get back in game asap! crying here canāt play.
