The same thing is accomplished by publishing a massive list every two weeks/every month, without giving the bot developers instant feedback on what is detected.

I’m just wondering why am I reported for botting since I dont even know how to? Only doing quest and dungeon most of the time and I’m not on 1 map for more then 1 hour long. I’ve sent a ticket and requested to me to email IMC support which I did, please reply. Everything works fine before maintenance. Please do make research on your trace log of my activities. Or do you ban base on what ppl posted up and report? Doing such thing give a bad impression to your company and game. Please do review on you bad list.

It’s been almost a month since I last played my account in Telsiai, submitted more than 5 tickets already , submitted my last one last week and I still haven’t got my account back. Still no answer for my last 4 tickets tho they told me they’ll update me as soon as possible. I’m not a bot. What will be my compensation for all the time wasted and inconvenience? but first please just return my account.
