This is ridiculous, they make a game that lags like hell, and when u try to lower the lag using a VPN u get banned! This is ridiculous!

Hey guys. I have seen here a questions about the use of proxies servers and those ping reduction programs (which are basically the same thing).
It’s not the fact you use proxy that will make you get banned. For a better understandment, first I’ll explain what the proxy is.
"Proxy is the term used to define the intermediary between you and your server. And it plays the computer connection function (local) to the external network (Internet). As local computer addresses are not valid for external access, it is for the proxy to send the request of the local address to the server, translating and transferring it to your computer. "

“All requests made to the server (the site you want to access) will go through your proxy. Upon reaching the site, the IP (Internet Protocol) proxy is registered in the cache of your destiny and not his.”

Many of you may not know, but there are already bots, damage hacks, AoE hacks, teleport hacks, and even multiclient. Yes, multiclient. IMC already know that. The hacks that alter the hexadecimal codes of the game (AoE damage, teleport, etc.) are easily identifiable, and will not bring problems to other players. Now BOT + Multiclient combination is what brought all these disorders.
IMC already know of the existence of Multiclient. Many of these bots are connected to the same computer, or on the same computer network. To facilitate the work, rather than just blocking the accounts that were reported for bot use, the company’s support has blocked all accounts that were connected to the same IP that the cheater.

YES! I mean that any of these idiots have been making use of programs like WTFast, NoPingTunnel, SemLag, etc. Thus, the ToS the server identified with the IP address of these proxies. That is it, not only those assholes were banned, but all those connected on the same proxy server as them.
This is not an exclusive ToS problem. As some reviewers here have commented, it is already a problem observed in games like WoW and Archage, although not as commented or known.

Friends, you got lucky not to fall in a proxy server with a bot. I have only one suggestion for you. Not worth going through so much headache just to play with the ping down for another week. Almost everyone here will transfer the account. Missing 8 days for the transfer and opening of the SA server. Not worth it to risk for so little. The guilds will even be undone. Take the time to level up your character, forget GvG and PvP and have fun with the game can offer you, even with limitations.
The way we are here in the group, and all the players in the ToS community, we should position ourselves there in the Forum. A lot of players were banned for weeks because of this problem. It wasn’t from now that the company has taken this stance to ban by IP address. Only a few managed to recover their account, and only because they insisted enough. Being an international server, it is absurd that they take such action. I hope you are understanding and accept the request of this savior who speaks to you. Please, report the problem you too. Explain here in the Forum. Think how are all players who have experienced it. Think of how much we spend paying to play this. Put yourself in the place of those who are going through this misery, and help us to achieve the necessary visibility for the company to take a step against those bots that does not affect other players.

So you’re saying that you’ve been unbanned and given compensation with no reply from support? If so then that gives the rest of us some hope for getting unbanned.
Yep but when i try to use WTFAST it wont get me in the server but without it, i can access it without problem.
