Out of 100 weapons upgraded about 7 of them are going to end up this good by completely legit means. Does that frame it simple enough for you to understand?

Learn to read my point, youre full of contradiction. Im not saying that it is impossible. This game is full of cheaters anything goes above the commonsense should fall under assumption that they did so by cheating. Why? Because of blatant cheating? The only thing youll gain from defending that sh!t is to pacify the anger so that cheating will be spared. Because IMC only ban if people rage over it?
The funny part is you already made up your mind that he is not cheating 
that alone is proof that youre bias towards the hacking.
Some people actually put a lot of efforts in this game, and I know a few of them. Camping and tracking time for boss to get good recipes, solo farming dungeons for money, crafting scrolls/ pot, pardoner and selling awakening services, on top of normal dailies. Can’t we just be happy that someone’s hard work actually paid off instead of being sour and accuse people of cheating all the time?
I don’t want to go into the depth about math, but 7% change means 1 in 14? Sounds like a pretty decent rate, no? How about the 14 people who posted hate posts here start upgrading your weapons and one of you will end up with a +25.
