You were by all means not forced to buy ANY of the exclusive access packs, you bought it because you wanted the items plus the early access, stop implying that the game is not free just because you chose to pay for it.
Pet deletion was a common issue due to how easy it was to mess up, now that they changed the delete icon position (which is way better now, btw) it is possible to assume that they won’t be taking any requests from now on.
Ragnarok does not equals TOS, Tree of savior has its own rules. You may suggest changes but whining and claiming that the staff is bad just because YOU commited a mistake that requires steps to perform won’t do you any good.
Except there is clearly a problem when you can’t transfer costumes through your characters, that’s completely stupid and should be fixed as soon as possible. I expect that once I buy something for my character, it has to be possible to trade it with another character I have.
Saying that he made a mistake is true, but it doesn’t change the fact that IMC’s policy is dumb and appears as surreal.
Keep your priorities straight, you’re not working for IMC now, are you? So ask for the best as a player, because anyone can make a mistake, even yourself,and that would be quite sad that you can’t correct the mistake because of IMC’s policy right? Right.

In my opinion the best approach is restricting the purchase of items that your current character CAN NOT equip.
The TP items are character-bound because they want you to buy two pieces of costumers if you want to dress up two characters of yours.
