I’d like to say a few things about that:

  1. Just because something (item transfer) can be done in another game does not automatically mean that the same can be done in this game.
You don’t know in what way the game is programmed and in what way character-bound items are handled by the games code. There are games that can’t handle it if suddenly an item is missing from a character (for example if the game saves the entire char+items as one big blob of data instead as separate entries for each item it can be dangerous to remove data from said data blob, to a point where the entire character data might become completely corrupted). Whether this also applies to TOS, i don’t know.

  2. If the support says ā€œcan not be doneā€ it does not neccessarily mean that they are too lazy or greedy (aka ā€œwe won’t do it so you have to buy moreā€), maybe they just don’t have the tools in order to manually move items around (aka ā€œit’s impossible for us to do itā€) or they are not allowed to do it, regardless how much they would like to help you (ā€œsorry, but we are not allowed to do thatā€), because either it’s against their policy or maybe even the korean headquarters forbid it.

  3. The main purpose of support is to help with technical problems, account problems, payment problems or problems that are the result of the game not working correctly. While it sounds harsh, they are not obligated to clean up mistakes that players did. Giving the item to the wrong character was not a technical error nor a result of the game not working correctly, it was an error of the player not properly paying attention, which is nothing the support is obligated to care about.
So while you may ask the support for their help, they have the rights to not do it, be it because they are not obligated to do so or because it’s not possible for technical reasons.

That being said, i would like you not to rage against the support people (ā€œworst support everā€), because it is very likely that it’s not their fault that they can’t give you the item back, especially because it’s your own fault. It probably has other reasons why this can not be done (technically impossible, not the right tools to do it or against companies policy).

Circle reset would solve ur problem.

You didn’t like the support or cash shop politics?

Just quit, nobody is forcing you to stay.

And be sure - you won’t be missed. Farewell, vai na sombra.

Good for you  now try to use that 280 char of yours in real life. I think someone’s a loser outside TOS

Savage. Getting bashed for years in the LUG forums have turned you into quite of a bitter guy (not that I could blame anyone for that…because LUG forums…urgh).

I think I’m going to die.

I’m actually going to die.
How do you think people delete items? What a mystery.

Could you elaborate what you actually mean with that?

Just because deletion of an item is possible ingame (aka drop item while the game is running, which then automatically gets handled by the game) does not mean that it’s possible to manually transfer items by the support (aka opening the database and manually manipulating item data) with reasonable amount of effort.
Dropping and thus deleting an item ingame takes one action (leftclick->drag->click on ā€œok, i want to drop itemā€), manually opening and manipulating database data is a whole other thing that, depending on how the game saves data in the database, can’t really be compared with ingame actions.

As an analogy :
Moving a file (item) from one folder (character) to another via an operating system (in our case : the game) is an easy task.
Doing it manually, without the help of an operating system that automates things (aka the support moving an item from one character to another), can be a nightmare and can take a huge amount of effort, if it’s even possible.

. . . You’re not very familiar with programming, are you?

I’m a game programmer, thank you for asking.
Please take in mind that not all games are programmed as i described. I clearly said that TOS possibly might be programmed like that, it does not neccessarily mean that it actually is programmed like that. There are many possibilities how to handle/save data, it highly depends on the developers/companies priorities/skills/policies.

thats a casual argument … and i dont talk to casuals sorry

get to 280 then maybe ill talk to you, casual!

you just spoke to me… and casual isnt an isult… so… yeah… whatever floats your boat.

for me casual is an insult… id rather quit than being casual fyi

Haha calling me a white knight and a social justice warrior based on nothing, are you sure you idiots aren’t the sjws?

I don’t care for IMC, I haven’t paid a cent into the game and now even when it’s f2p, I’m still not playing, the whole TP system is just pure crap and everything involved with it.

That said, I can understand them wanting money, but you people, you’re just whiny little pricks that want to get their own way and are willing to pay money to get their own way, that’s far more worse than what IMC does.

One thing that stuck out mostly, which I find ridiculously stupid, is some idiot said researching builds is not playing the game. How freaking young do you have to be to believe that crap, researching into a game is indirectly playing the game, you’re gaining knowledge of the game to be able to play it better, it’s like reading books in-game, or reading quest dialog, it’s all the same category, yet your mind is too feeble to understand anything beyond ā€œClick this plot to build a house.ā€

You did a mistake. I think supprot may help you with this, don’t know why they don’t lol. This is not a big thing to do.

Oh, so, a player bought a cash shop costume.

Then, he wants to freely transfer his costume to any of his characters.

Turns out IMC isn’t allowing such a thing, because players would just buy one piece of costume and just keep switching it through their roster of characters, then, reducing the potential of sales.

You know, nobody works for free, and to pay 5 years of ToS development and maintain all the current development of the game, plus all the debts that comes from servers, they NEED money.

Yet, you can still play the game for free.

But hey, just because IMC is not willing to fix the player mistake (it wasn’t IMC fault, it was totally OP fault), lets come here on forums, claiming that the game has the worse support ever.

Sorry, but I didn’t got bashed anywhere. Arguments like the ones from OP is pretty irrelevant to me, so are the ones that comes from older LUG forums.

Also, if the support is the worse ever, just quit. And like i’ve said, he won’t be missed.

Working and being busy don’t make you any special. You made mistake so it’s your fault, noone has to give you every % of information about game mechanics and it is not really hard to waste 5-10 minute to google for those instead of failing and wasting 10-15 minutes to write in support, seriously. And leveling new character will take much longer than 10 minutes aswell. Better have plan before doing something next time, best wishes ^^
