Worse Support Ever

I file a Ticket an item Transfers on Premium Costume after i accidentally buy it to wrong character… and i want to delete This Character because of Some mistake in their Circle build.

but They claim it can’t be done etc…

So what the purpose of having Support Actually…?

Other Games such as Warframe allowed you to one time reclaim the Premium Cash if you accidentally buying an item… but here You can’t refund it… and Great… you can’t even Transfer Premium Costume between Character in a Lodge…

it a 129 TP worth of Premium Costume, and it worth like 9 Dollar in RL Cash…

So Revamp your Team Storage System so i can stop Ranting about This untradable stuff…

You don’t “accidentally” buy something, what you experience is regret for buying it on a character you botched up.
I am sorry to hear that support gave you the answer that those items can’t be transfered, however you can’t blame them for your mistake.

i have 2 swordsman in my lodge and i buy this pelstla master costume on wrong character… that all… the character botched up because of the lack of description detail in game about the Class…

and i’m a Working guys doesn’t have free time to research a details between class… how should i know Barbarian skill doesn’t compatible with Capathact…

i really hate the trading system in this game… What the use of locking Premium Costume from storage anyway… killing all the fun and benefits…

Well if it was a mistake made by IMC (like you buying a costume and receiving another one) I would be with you on this one, but as it is the most you can do is complain about a lack of kindness from IMC part.

Premium cosmetic items need to be team-bound in the first place. What we have now (character bound) is very bad design.

Oh, and all white knights should be buried in airtight lead containers somewhere. They’re way too toxic.

their support just don’t do anything right, except for Team Server Transfer and Team Name Change…

Every single post you’ve made since the creation of your forum account is belittling other people and frowning upon the cash shop, calling people that support the game “casuals” and “p2w losers”.
I am suprised you are not suspended yet.
Also, think whatever you want, how can you be sure that I am a “casual”?
You’d be doing everyone a favour (including yourself) if you just left the forums and resume your pro-supremacy existence ingame.
Clearly you are lacking basic understanding on how to interact with other human beings.

The company actually does a great job at self-publishing their game, if you played other online games you would know.
What you did here was admitting you made a mistake and blame the support for not helping you fix it.
While I agree it’s a shame that cosmetics are not shared through your account it was not the wisest decision to bring this matter to the forums.
If you did some research on your part you would have known that cosmetics are character bound and there is no means of transfering them.

Your only options are to suck it up now and start a new char and delete the old one with the costume, or file another ticket explaining your situation and POLITELY ask for it to be transfered.
As far as I know it was possible to transfer the Stat / Skill reset potions from founder packs to other characters if you redeemed the package on the wrong character.

What people really should stop doing is the Social Justice behavior “if you are against me, you are in favor of them”. Really. Please, be better than that.

YOU CAN think that OP made a mistake and that the character bound design is awful. Simple as that.

It’s not refudnable.

They’re there to help you wiht problems, that accurted because of them.
Not because of your bad choices xD… it ask you “Do you want to purchases this?”.
