[ Wizard Changelog ] Wizard changes from kTOS and iTOS

Thats exaclty what they’ve nerfed last patch on kToS. U can no longer apply many dot layers among multiple shared targets.

…wow, this is worse than I thought. The ■■■■ is IMC smoking².

Makes me seriously wonder, are they actually changing the meta this quickly on purpose so you constantly need to gear new chars? But we have team transfer, the only thing they’d be selling is exp cards… and the game’s new, all the constant obsoleting will do is make people quit en masse.

Moral of the story: don’t do pvp builds at all atm… if doing them, wait for at least a year… otherwise your whole character might suddenly become useless :frowning:


EDIT: does Reflect Shield currently prevent knockback/stagger or not? I've heard that it doesn't, but was it a CBT patch that changed this?

The issue here is that the whole PvP system in iTOS isn’t even near complete so in essence, PvP builds are for the most part very speculative and risky.

I am still against the whole rank reset thing although it might be useful as a ‘one time use’ thing from TP shops.

Men pyro hellbreath needed some love, now i will spec into it for futher patches. Those boosts are really good. Can’t wait.

I hope at some point pyro skills are a little less point taxing, because having 7 skills with 15 skill points to max is just a bit way to much.

It’s not, wl pole of agony needed a nerf its insanely OP atm. it should have been nerfed even more. My 2/5 pole does more dmg then freaking frost cloud max level. And it also hits flying targets lol.

Subzero shield only work for melee now. The balance have already came.

After testing it seems the change only affects pvp (duels). Range wizard / archer type mobs still freeze and get reflect dmg.

IMC could bring Pyro buffs, but noooo let’s nerf Cryo first haha #TheWinterIsNotComingAnymore :x: :snowflake:

it is kinda already known that cryo would get some major nerf here and there.
there is still a few more nerf they havent announce yet.
which was made known by some ppl after digging info

Is Target Limit # of targets or AOE Attack Ratio?

Look like a soft cap, where you can either hit AOE ratio cap or Target limit cap.

Based on the text, it’s number of targets (like psychic pressure)

Hmm, so it won’t be affected by Circling at all, right? Sounds like its only a nerf for ET…

Note that those changes are here for months already.
