Is it the mail in your character selection or market?
if it’s character selection, that mail didn’t affect the transfer status.

Those SP pots kinda annoying and fail timming from IMC since they decide to give it out through market.
I’m pretty sure many people will stuck behind if they didn’t check their alt for those SP pots just like you.
It’s depend on IMC but the chance is pretty low for me.

It is answered in support tickets box but my TEAM is still on Orsha not Fedimian.
