Why TEAM isnt transfered?

@Staff_Julie I wasn’t transferred either and when I submitted a ticket to ask about it I got a reply saying my “ticket has been pulled out for the server transfer” and then “your team has been included to the list for server transfer request”

Not exactly sure what that means, would appreciate if you can clarify…

@Staff_Julie, any updates on the server transfers?

My gf tried to transfer her team from Klaipeda to [EU] Fedimian, just like me, and applied for the transfer on Tue, 19 April, 10:40 EDT. Her ticket apparently vanished and the transfer wasn’t carried out, either. All pre-conditions (leaving party/guild, withdrawing items from the market, etc.) were met. She already sent a support ticket (Etc) regarding this problem which wasn’t answered, yet.

Anyone else with a similar problem - that the transfer ticket didn’t show up / disappeared from the list of support tickets?
Is there still hope for this to be carried out?

I do have the same problem, no ticket, no transfer, but still all pre-requisites met, and I even submitted a ticket asking about that, they said my transfer would be processed aswell, but after the maintenance I was still on klaipeda, so…just waiting for another ticket answer
