Why some people kicked out from the Telsiai and Varena and can't relog in but can log in to other servers?

GG and i was in a mission dungeon run when it kicked me out for no reason.

Turns out i got banned for botting which i’ve never done, not even Z botting. My team name is RoyalDuke, playing in Varena and grinded at Demon prison for the past 1 week. Well done IMC, really well done.

what do i care though. maybe you are, maybe you aren’t bots.

file a ticket with support. no one is going to help you here on the forums.

Yes, i can still access my Ferdimian lv5 swordman and Klapedia Lv10 Archer.

This is just bullshit, this is the second time I got banned for botting as the reason, I was clear of it the first time.

The only bot event that I’ve done is standing around afk for at least 8 hours while I work or sleep, and they considered this as botting due to my exceptionally high playtime.

Fair enough if I’ve got some standard pattern of moving or hitting but they never even bother to check the log and just ban you according to your playtime.

not any bot program player also not a Z key afk player, i been ban since friday 30 minutes after the maintenance and i spare my 2 weekend days to leveling my char, and now i just like a stupid sitting infront my computer for 3 days waiting for the support ticket reply and email reply. There are lot of player get ban since friday 27/5/2016.

Today morning i just checked the latest ban list for Accounts Banned for Abuse (May 27th, 2016), so surprise i saw my name is in the list under bot section VARENA server but i’m the player from TELSIAI server, i already submit a support ticket for the question why my account been restricted login into telsiai server and varena server, after the answer from support ticket i follow the instruction and send an e-mail to tossupport@imc.co.kr for account evaluation because i still don’t know why i get banned / restricted to both SEA server, and i still don’t get any e-mail reply for more than 24 hours, i spend 155 hours on my character with pure hand made and hardworking leveling but what i get is banned as bot this is really make me feel dissapointed while most of the real bot are still active across so many maps in TOS world, i hope IMC make a serious evaluation and release my account.

BOT report system should be reworked.

BAN first then appeal and unban is very unfair. (even with compensation)

Many players effected from your broken BOT report system. Any solutions?

Suspicious activity? 250+ hours game played, Level 105 & 75 chacters, bought atleast 5 DLC founders pack. And i have suspicious activity? My team name isn’t even in accounts banned for abuse.

Asked them by ticket but no answer.

I am experiencing the same thing at the moment too can’t log in on any of the sea server other server i can tho. my Team name and Character name isn’t even on the ban list that they posted yesterday and that’s when I got the restricted access. anyway, ticket sent and emailed the email they gave me just hope it doesn’t last 2 weeks or more.

I’ve sent the ticket the second time and this is what they reply me, after which I sent them an email as well.

They do not deserve our patience nor understanding for those who are wrongfully banned. Their last 2 sentences are rather contradicting.

And i got this response. How many people are there in the customer support? One person every 8 hour shift? 2 shifts a day? @_@ They need atleast 5.

so my question here is, if the teamname is taken on one server, is it still available to be taken on another server? you see where Im getting at?..
