Why are you coming to TOS? What do you expect? Tell your story

Why I’m here for ToS?
Because it’s new and other new things haven’t become comfortably available to me, yet.

What do I expect from ToS?

Why am I coming? I’m bored. What do I expect? To not be bored.

Well i play alot of ragnarok and yeah i miss playin it so much i tried pvt servers but everyone seems to be op asf and yeah since the p1 on this game started iv been keepin myself updated…

I think thats one good thing about brand new games, as the community starts to grow together and closer.

Also, I might add, one of ToS strongest points is the community. I must say that GW2 had a really nice one, but so far the ToS community has surpassed GW2s. I hope it stays like this for quite a long time.

Im here to PWN noobz and Donor my way up to the top! … but im poor so it will take looonggg time :<

I am here cause I was a boy when RO was new and it was nearly my first mmorpg + it was awesome even with the grind. Back in the days most games were like this but today…well…you all know + there is a difference between a good grinder and a bad one. ToS has the RO feeling but has newer gameplay. Its like the old times had a baby with RO + some new stuff = awesomeness!

CB2 put me back in the good old time. Best game since years!

Oh, I came in here cause I wanted to roleplay as a butler and this seems like a good game to do it in. It looks like I can technically do it

So you came in for the plot?

I exist on a mumble with a would-be game designer, programmer, a mathematician, a lumber jack, a financial person, and some business people that sell things or something…

The deep-thought part of my community is going to spend most of the time bouncing theorycraft around and creating new classes anytime someone gets excited about an idea.

The rest of my community will be trying to keep up with the deep-thought crew’s mains while balancing other games like Rocket League, Overwatch and SFV.

I think I’ll have a lot of fun. Occasionally take a hiatus when I’m busy with work or another game. But always return as long as this game continues development. There was something about RO and there is something that ToS has as well that draws me in–that I always return to.

I totes came here for the cutie-gamer-girls, amirite?

No but really, I got into it because a buddy of mine (who happens to be the same one through which I learned about Ragnarok Online) told me about its development and got me hyped! I loved the artwork and got excited for the class system, but now that I’ve played the beta I’m not as excited about the class system because it actually seems like they tried too hard to make things super customizable, and it’s hindering their ability to balance or develop things properly. I was also really disappointed by how linear the maps are–there’s not a lot of opportunity to explore in fun/exciting ways, despite there being occasional secrets here and there, simply because most of the pathways are super direct and don’t leave any room to travel off the beaten path at all.

Still, I’m excited to see where things will go after beta because it seems like it’s got some strong potential, and they style is far too charming to deny.

Well i hope they dont ■■■■ this game up
