I would say as a Rouge 1 you will still need a little dex as Sneak hit only provides you up to 50% crit chance.
Something like a 4:1 will work for rouge 1.
As a Rouge 3 (15 in sneak hit 90%).
So… as a rouge 3 you definitely will not need any dex for crit purpose. Equipment are sufficient to cover if you want evasion
how about from survivability point of view as rogue?
It’s still alright. Unless you are unable to gear up / push up with red gems / green gems and hammer your boots etc.
